As no reception of the hotel, Pin for room is provided until called up to the customer service helpline.
Pin is supposed to be provided with email before check in time of 16:00 but failed to perform .
Suggest hotel to install phone with direct line to CS as overseas travelers may not be able to make local calls !

Eigentlich ist das Konzept dieses Hotels ganz praktisch. Es braucht nicht unbedingt Personal in der Lobby - ist aber deutlich angenehmer.
Da es mehrere Häuser im Ort gibt, sollte man bei der Anreise ganz genau auf die richtige Adresse achten. Im falschen Haus angekommen, hat uns ein freundlicher Videoberater zum richtigen Haus gewiesen. Leider standen uns die Zimmercodes vorab nicht zur Verfügung, was wir dann dort wegen eines kaputten Videoberaterdisplays nur in einer Hotline klären konnten. Diese zu erreichen war nicht leicht. Sobald aber jemand dran war, hat man uns sehr schnell geholfen.
Das Haus war in Ordnung. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Befremdlich war allerdings ein Schmutzfleck auf meinem Laken in Kopfhöhe. Alles in allem - ganz Okay ... intensivere Vorbereitung ist empfehlenswert.

The room was well designed for travelers. With all the amenities, little fridge, microwave, small stove, air conditioning. It was great, no frills, fully functional place. There is no parking, but plenty of parking nearby for 10€, we loved the location, next to eating and from reasonable walking distance to Santa Catarina street, and other attractions

The hotel is in a very good location.
We were 3 so got the third floor with no lift.
Shower stream wasn’t that good.
Overall had a good stay,
Communication was only through sms message and couldn’t really speak to someone face to face.

Unfortunately they don't have elevator. You need to drag your luggage to upper floors.
Not recomended if you bring several luggage units or age don't allow you to climg stairs.
They should have those notices in hotel info.

I loved to stay here, everything is automatic, no key or reception. Very safe area near everything. Discount in parking. The room was very clean and beautiful. Everything worked. Kitchen well equipped, free toiletries and tea. Great service.

Hello, I stayed for just one night.
We didnt have WIFI during our stay a as there is no reception there is no one able to help. I reach them by whatsapp as they suggest in their Hotel but they just told be technical issues.
When trying to do the check out also same issue.
In general hotel is OK but keep in mind there is no elevator and with big luggage can be challenging if you need to be in the 3rd floor.
Ok is well located
