Reserva en Oporto para el Puente del 12 de octubre. A la llegada no habíamos recibido el código para poder entrar y a las 12 de la noche nos vimos en Oporto sin alojamiento. Según la reserva, te enviaban un mail con un código para recoger la llave a la entrada ya que no hay recepción y no fue así. En el único número de contacto que facilitan, imposible contactar con ellos en toda la tarde, para solventar el no haber recibido ese código. A la puerta del alojamiento otras 2 viajeras alemanas en la misma situación, así que no éramos un caso aislado. La central de reservas a través de la que lo teníamos reservado Hotel.com, un 10 en atención. Más de una hora al teléfono con nosotros intentando contactar con este alojamiento e imposible también para ellos y nos realojaron por su cuenta.
