The room is very clean, beautiful and comfortable. In the central of the city. Staffs had good service-mind and very helpful. Breakfast is delicious.

非常讚的精品酒店，公區和客房都很有設計感，房間衞生間設施都不錯，有咖啡機水壺，turndown送巧克力，welcome送了一瓶小波特。前台服務中規中矩，下午班的女生比早班那個更好。

Nice hotel close to everything. Beautiful , clean, quiet room. Walked every where from hotel. Fast check in and check out. Recommend. Metro in front of the hotel, but for sightseeing you really don’t need it. You can walk from San Bento station and also the metro that takes you to the airport.

A beautiful hotel decorated with thought and character. If you like luxury without being stuffy then this hotel is for you. The cocktail bar serves interesting alternatives as well as the more standard drinks. Breakfast very good - good choice and quality. Staff could not be more helpful. Provided us with a range of restaurant suggestions to try and we were not disappointed with any of them. They also were able to secure reservations in a couple that are notoriously difficult to get into. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a perfect place to explore the city

Exceptional front desk team service, very helpful, cordial, professional team. Enjoyed the cute as. Oils be bar Illicit, great drinks and eats. The hotel was our port in a storm!
