Very good experience. We enjoyed the classic style and the light going through. Maybe the only limitation is the size of the rooms, that are small. On its surroundings there a lot of night life with Bars, Cafeterias and Restaurants. Good choice for the price.

I’ll start with the positive. It’s a lovely property, well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The off- season price was good, and the location excellent. Sadly, that’s where the positive stops. Despite its beauty, it’s really a three star hotel at best. I booked a superior double. It was Toney, even by European standards. There are no drawers and the closet was 35 cm wide with no shelves. We couldn’t unpack and there was barely room to have our luggage in the room. We came back to an unserviced room and when I questioned it, was told we had to put out the card for cleaning! The front desk staff are frequently absent. When I lost my card key - my fault, I know - the receptionist told me I should be more careful and had to call someone to find out how to make another. They locked the doors at 10 on NYE and took some time to let us in at 10:30. They told us the bar was closed, but let another couple into the staff door and I saw them having drinks on the patio shortly after. I can’t recommend this place.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with lovely staff. The location is right in city centre, Breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommend this fabulous hotel, indeed staying there again in June 2024 with my son.

This is a rebuilt hotel that looks magnificent on the outside but lacks essential services, like an access ramp for guests with limited mobility on its main entrance.

Wonderful hotel, 170 years of history, but wonderfully renovated. The lobby and breakfast rooms, as well as the interior garden are really fantastic. Single room rather small, but double room very cosy, with balcony overlooking the garden. Breakfast very good and position of the hotel is excellent.

It was a nice hotel, but as a four star hotel it was not in top. But nicely located and friendly and helpful staff.

Unique in all ways. Very helpful and caring staff. Everything, including breakfast, was extraordinary.

Old building with Paris styled decor. However there are two flights of steep steps to reach the check-in area and there is no ramp or bellman to help for luggages. Location is good.

Little convenience for arranging suitcase contents. Closet basically nonexistent. Bathroom without bidet!!!! Little light in the bathroom
