โรงแรมใกล้กับ Flor da Vidaในปอร์โต

This is my second times to be here in Porto I know this hotel is new this year and everything seems very perfect for me, the environment, the service from the reception, the attitude for from all the colleges as it belongs to Marriott group I can confirm the hotel level is satisfactory to the group, but the most critical point for me is the water flow from the tap in the washing basin and also the showerhead. It’s extremely slow and nearly to 0 I had a really bad experience when I took a shower, and also when I would like to wash something from the washing basin  I feel a pity for it I hope next time the hotel can improve it otherwise, I will not take my 3rd time here

My sister and I stayed for week in March. The location is good - fairly quiet in the evenings, a few shops and restaurants walking distance, not far to the Faria Guimaraes Metro station. Inexpensive Uber ride to historic areas. The hotel spaces were well kept, clean and modern. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Wish we had spent a bit more time in the outdoor space!

Cela peut être bruyant pendant la nuit à cause des gens qui rentent de la « tour des bars » organisée pas l'hostel. Avec des bouchons, ça pass invisible! จุดอ่อนเพียงอย่างเดียว: อาหารกลางวันที่เตรียมไว้ต่ํา. ข้าวสาลี แอปเปิ้ล และน้ําผลไม้1 นั่นเป็นกรณีแต่ผมว่าโฮสเทลอื่นมีตัวเลือกที่ดีกว่า!

Great location close to the Metro, although a bit noisy as there is construction outside and a barking next door. The rooms are tiny with minimal amenities. This is not a 4 star hotel as our package promised. Just a heads up, they charge you for extra coffee pods. Staff here is professional and very helpful-they wear many hats! They helped us book an amazing tour. Walking distance to shopping, an amazing indoor food court, and grocery stores. The breakfast room is very nice, and has good selections.

The treatment I received at this hostel was despicable, unreasonable and hostile. My flight was delayed for 5 hours and whilst in airport I received a very encouraging email from 'so cool' explaining reception closes at 9pm and if I haven't checked in by then I would have to wait to the morning. Having found somewhere else to stay for that night, I turned up at this hostel the next morning, the rigid lady at reception simply wasn't interested or concerned in the least of my predicament and informed me I was a ”no show” and my room was gone for the whole 3 nights I'd booked. I asked for a partial refund for the further 2 nights as I was now having to find somewhere else to stay and would have to pay top price, she was not interested to know this and told me there would be no refund and no room. Whilst I understand policies are policies I think a bit of allowance for unforeseen circumstances wouldn't go amiss. I had no control of my flight being delayed and had I not received the welcome text reminding me of reception opening hours I would have thought twice about contacting them, their communication was confusing and had mixed messages. More unforgivably is the attitude of the manager even when she knew I had nowhere to go and would need the partial refund to secure alternative accomodation, she was not losing any money and had sold my bed twice. I have used *********** for years to book hostels and I have never received such harsh heartless treatment. Whilst I get business is business, there's more to life than a computer database and rigid rules that don't allow for unforeseen circumstances. The rigid lady tried to tell me it was *********** who cancelled me but this was just a lie,. Thankfully the 'hostel Rosalina' saved my bacon and were a fantastic contrast to ”so cool's awful treatment. The receptionist was wonderful and helpful and her friendliness reassured me Porto was not full of heartless money grabbing robots. Avoid this hostel if you're not going to be there for 9pm or you have any chance of a flight delay. .

Hemos estado 5 noches en este hotel, y la verdad es que merece más estrellas de las que tiene. La habitación grande para 2 adultos y 1 niño, el baño grande también con todo lo necesario, y dentro de la habitación teníamos cafetera para hervir café, si así lo queríamos. Teníamos una habitación en el semisótano muy maja, sin ruidos. Estuvimos en alojamiento y desayuno, y estaba muy bien, tenía muchas cosas para desayunar, excepto buffet caliente. Si se acaba algo enseguida lo reponían. En conclusión hemos estado muy agusto, y se merece las 3 estrellas en lugar de las 2 que tiene. El personal muy muy amable y servicial, a mi me llevaban a la habitación descafeinado de sobre todos los días de mi estacia, porque me gusta desayunarlo. Cuando nos fuimos pudimos dejar las maletas dentro del hotel hasta que llegará la hora de coger nuestro vuelo. Muy cerca de la estación de metro de Lapa (500 metros) que conecta directamente con el aeropuerto de Oporto y en 20 minutos estás en el aeropuerto. Mejor imposible. Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo por su limpieza, habitaciones, desayuno y amabilidad de sus empleados. Y además está cerca de todo, no se puede pedir más!!

โปรดมาที่ปอร์โตและจองที่พักที่นี่ ทําเลที่ตั้งไม่เลวและสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกสะอาดมาก คนที่ดีมากเมื่อเช็คอินก็ดีมากเช่นกัน ไวน์เหมือนกัน มันอร่อยมาก ฉันไม่ได้ไปพร้อมป้ายทําความสะอาดห้อง ฉันก็เลยได้ผ้าเช็ดตัวและพยายามกลับไป แต่เขาทําความสะอาดห้องในขณะที่เราออกไปกินข้าว! และคุณนําผ้าเช็ดตัวมาให้ฉันอีกครั้ง ... ฉันขอโทษ ㅠㅠ แต่ขอบคุณมากสําหรับความเมตตาของคุณ! ทริปที่สองไปปอร์โตก็มีความสุขมากที่ได้สัมผัสกับความทรงจําที่ดีและหอพักที่ดี!! ขอแนะนําอย่างยิ่ง!! แอพอื่น ๆ แพงไปหน่อย แต่ส่วนลดการเดินทางน้อยไปหน่อย เลยได้ 150000 ชนะสองวัน!!

ฉันต้องการแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับโรงแรมโนโวเทลเพราะฉันประหลาดใจจริงๆกับสิ่งที่ฉันทําฉันไม่ได้คาดหวังมากฉันเห็นความคิดเห็นบางอย่างที่กล่าวถึงความเก่าและความทันสมัยซึ่งไม่ใช่ความจริง โรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยม ทางเข้ามีขนาดใหญ่พนักงานเป็นมิตรมากและทําให้ง่ายต่อการเข้าพัก เราพักในห้องที่มีวิวทะเล มีห้องน้ําที่ดีและห้องน้ําขนาดใหญ่ ตู้เสื้อผ้าในห้องมีขนาดใหญ่มาก ห้องพักสวยมากมีการตกแต่งและสะดวกสบาย ห้องพักมีเครื่องปรับอากาศและมินิบาร์รวมอยู่ในราคาเครื่องดื่มทั้งหมดของห้อง ร้านอาหารสวยมาก สระว่ายน้ําดีมาก น้ําเป็นสีน้ําตาลเสมอ ผมประเมินโรงแรมโนโวเทลด้วย 9 และผมไม่ให้ 10 สําหรับขนาดของสระว่ายน้ํา เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีมากและมองหาครอบครัวที่มีเด็กทําให้สระเต็มตลอด ส่วนอาหารเช้าก็ขอชมเชยด้วยเพราะค่อนข้างหลากหลายและไม่เคยปล่อยให้ทุกอย่างจบลง ชอบมากค่ะ
