It's a 3-star hotel, ok. But the location, comfort, and especially the service were outstanding. Can't ask for anything more...Oh, did I mention affordable?

We drove in late in the night after midnight, extremely exhausted. I've worked in hotels and anytime after midnight before 7am if a person needs to check in, the charge was for the check-in prior. We paid $96.43 to lay down for a few hours and were rejected. The front desk clerk would not even help w calling or assisting in anyway except to deny us check-in. Very disappointed!!

Biggest complaint is that the shower had hardly any hot water. Lots of cold water but just a trickle of hot. Made for less than ideal shower.

Room was fine and clean.
Check-In was good. Airpy transport was offered immediately. Also early morning coffee available on lobby.
No food available except throufjy Door Dash unless you can drive a few miles where many options are available at Cascade Station

I did not like the dirty hallways, no maid service, and the phones didn't work so no wake up calls.
