Spa doesn't have reception,the girl that does the massages if she is occupied in massage room you cannot use the indoor pool..the hotel manager is rude and obnoxious to outside clients chaising them away if they have high occupancy even though days they are using their services,he is also claiming he is the best manager and theirs is the best hotel in the area.outside pool area is good however the lifeguard doesn't apply rules and let a kid who was continually thrown in the air by his father vomit two times in the outdoor pool .

Nice and friendly hotel. Good location, 5 minutes walk from the village center and restaurants . Clean rooms and very friendly staff especially the front desk. Breakfast good enough but can be better (more fruits)

Where to start? The welcoming staff? The quietness of the super clean and comfort suite? The amazing view on Volos city from balcony? The clean swimming pool? Everything and everyone were perfect. We stayed for three nights after our visit to skiathos island we tried the mountain Pelion. Hope to visit again! Thank you!

We visited on early August. Everything was great. The Suite was very clean, cozy and luxurious. Great attention has be paid to the design to fit in with the surroundings. Astonishing was the view to the village. The food was local and of great quality. There were many choices available for breakfast and dinner and the prices for the a la carte restaurant were reasonable for the quality offered. The swimming pool clean with lifeguard on duty till 19.00. The staff is very polite and helpful.

We went at this hotel for a three nights stay but they called us from our daughter's camp that we had to take her because of a corona virus case they had so we had to leave the hotel two days earlier. They asked for the whole amount and at a point this is normal. What is not normal is that despite the fact that we were leaving two days earlier the receptionist asked for payment of a bottle of water that we took from the mini bar..... Also there was another incident at which the supervisor was shouting to stuff in front of people having breakfast. This is definitely not Greek Hospitality.

Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο! Το προσωπικό άψογο και πολύ ευγενικό!! Υπέροχο δωμάτιο,αναπαυτικό κρεβάτι,όμορφη θέα,πλούσιο πρωινό!!Πήγαμε στο Πήλιο για 4 μέρες με τη γυναίκα μου να χαλαρώσουμε και το hotel Πορταριά αποδείχτηκε η ιδανική επιλογή διαμονής! Ένας παραπάνω λόγος για να ξσναεπισκεφτούμε το Πήλιο!!

Υπέροχο! Η ευγένεια του προσωπικού το ανεβάζει σε άλλο level. Υπέροχη πεντανόστιμη κουζίνα. Καθαρά δωμάτια, άνετο πάρκινγκ, με φανταστική θέα στον Παγασητικό κόλπο, Κατάλληλο και για οικογένειες, με μικρό παιδότοπο.
