Sandcastle Apartments

硬件很好，服務很差，入住的時候前台的**白人明顯歧視中國人，一臉不屑和不耐煩，第二天的前台人員就熱情和nice很多。我們有兩個小孩，4歲和5歲，在攜程看的酒店規定17歲以下不加床的話免費，所以訂的1bedroom，結果到了之後就是不讓入住，要求訂2bedroom，加100澳元，錢倒不是問題，但是那個勁非常讓人不爽。 房間其實不錯，但是沖這個也得打最低分了

Fantastic spot that we keep coming back to! close to everything, easy to park in the undercover lockable garages and move your gear into a lovely unit with amazing views. Now whilst the guys managing Sandcastles are great, Lisa described Jenni as an absolute delight.

The owners/ managers were very obligingly and helpful!! Out 2 x2 bedroom apartments were very spacious, modern and we had ocean views, which was great 😊 Great location only 1 km from town and across the road from the beach!! We also could see dolphins from our rooms!! Definitely stay here again!! 10 out of 10 Frances walsh

This is the right place to relax and enjoy Port Macquarie, we stayed 3 nights and the apartment was excellent,the lady ( sorry, I forgot your name, but not your Scottish accent ) was so helpful and showed us around the apartment and told us about places to eat and local walks, the apartment was large and well equipt and has a nice view of the " Town Beach "

The apartment was fabulous, clean and extremely comfortable. We were dining with a group at The Stunned Mullet which is located within the apartment complex so the location was perfect. Check in was easy, the guy took us to the security parking area and then to our room and explained everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing place to spend some time away & relax. Accommodation was perfect, location & view of the ocean was awesome. Staff were polite, funny & helpful. Close to shops & next door to the Bowling Club where the food was incredible. My new favourite place. Will definitely be back.

Our latest trip was the 2nd time we have stayed at Sandcastles Apartments and it didn't disappoint! Beautiful apartment with gorgeous views of the beach! Staff were super friendly, very informative of the local area and attractions, including new restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend this amazing place!!!

Loved the apartment had a penthouse vibe. Position was so good on the beach. Parking secure. Chromecast for streaming good. Kitchen was excellent huge pantry. Loved the balcony. Check in was flawless we were shown around the facility on check in. Loved the lift direct to apartment entry.

We’ve been going to sandcastles for over ten years. Usually twice a year. We’ve stayed in various apartments over that time. Each and every apartment we’ve stayed in has been extremely well equipped with a great kitchen, Comfortable dining and lounge settings and very comfortable beds and bedding. The cleanliness is without reproach. We particularly enjoy the higher apartments as the views from these are extensive in 180 degrees taking in both the beach and canal as well as the hinterland and coastline The foyers and lifts are also very well maintained and clean. It’s always a pleasure staying at Sandcastles.
