Situated 30 yards from the bus stop, had a very warm welcome from Paulo the owner, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Printing maps and bus timetables, advice on local walks,bars, shopping and restaurants. Cooked me a lovely local fish with wholesome local vegetables. Hotel did a filling breakfast, rooms were cleaned daily, great views from my balcony and best of all a bath, which was much appreciated after all that walking.

Perfect stay! Located 30 seconds from the bus stop in the very centre of town, this hotel provides all the amenities and services required for a comfortable stay. The management were enthusiastic, friendly, professional, articulate and dedicated, complimenting the cosy rooms and all-round positive vibes of the entire establishment. Breakfast was prompt and satisfying, with pastries, meats, cheeses, juices, coffee/teas and jams, and situated in an airy space with a terrace. Everything was great. Would recommend.

The host makes this place so special. Paulo is the ultimate hotelier and a very good chef too. Delicious dinner and a great breakfast. For the price, this hotel is very good value. Ponta Delgada is a wonderful getaway. Make sure to visit the public pool with its spectacular scenery nearby.

Esperiencia muito familiar adoramos esperamos voltar um dia Obrigado ao Paulo e a tua a sua equipa pelo tempo de qualidade que nos proporcionaram e as boas recordações que o meu filho terá um dia. Tudo muito bom desde o pequeno almoço ao jantar e conseguimos visitar imensas coisas que o Paulo nos aconselhou Adoramos ir a madeira

Geboekt via *********** voor een mooie prijs. Erg vriendelijke eigenaar en een heel goed ontbijt. De kamer was wat klein, maar compleet met een eigen badkamer. Alles keurig schoon. Bed een beetje hard maar prima geslapen. Eén klein minpuntje, Eén van de avonden was er een feestje met een beetje harde muziek. Hier werden we van tevoren voor gewaarschuwd. Maar verder een aanrader

Prima prijs en kwaliteit verhouding. Eigenaar loopt zich letterlijk z'n benen onder z'n gat uit om het je naar de zin te maken en heeft goede tips mbt bezienswaardigheden. Lekker ontbijt en heerlijke koffie!!! Enig minpuntje kamer klein en hard bed maar prima geslapen
