The hotel is very good. Easily accessible - Situated in the ECR – 100 ft. Road. Ample parking space and valet parking is available. Nice ambiance. The rooms are very neat, spacious, well maintained and Centrally Air conditioned. Courteous staff. Non Smoking rooms are available on request.'Ceramic' multi cuisine restaurant serves Tasty Buffet Breakfast and the spread is excellent. I would recommend this hotel for upcoming travelers.

Paid such huge amount for long weekend trip. Hotel has only raised prices but services were below average like breakfast buffet, room cleanliness, check out timings. You just can't increase the prices because of weekend. I believe services should also be of that level

It is a good hotel in Pondicherry but it too costly. The rooms are nice but WiFi speed is slow. The restaurant is just average. The waiter was ordered Omelett with buttered toast but he confused with something else and the chef made mess of it. Finally the floor ***ager helped me.

It's a great time we spend with Sunway ***or Pondicherry. Following are the salient pros with the hotel 1) Beautiful premises 2) well appointed and superbly designed rooms 3) good ambience with the restaurants 4) nice bar 5) grand swimming pool 6) grand car parking facilities 7) polite and well behaved staff

The resort is located in mid of snowy Mountains ,which looks breathtaking.mesmerising view. Staff is also very polite and well behaved.only 1 thing that they should provide some refreshments like tea for the drivers as well.Rest everything was good.keep up the good work.

The service was excellent right from the entry into the hotel. I liked the ambiance of the hotel at large. My room was comfortable and well-maintained with the bathroom spacious and clean. would certainly recommend the place to friends.

Worst experience with the staff particularly the ***ager Lawrance. Booked a hall and dining for family function but they sold the dining room to another person without our knowledge and served us lunch outside a toilet waiting room with handwash inside small toilets. Food service was poor and not as advertised for the high charges. Will never ever recommend this place to anybody for their cheap double standards and flawed service.

In spite of calling ahead and asking the reception to keep our room ready, there was a huge delay. We reached around 3:30 PM and the reception staff told us to have lunch and come so that they can get the room ready until then :( The room was neat and good. The breakfast spread was good and tasty

A great stay. Comfortable bed, clean room and toilet with all toiletries provided, a lovely pool and most fantastic breakfast. Breakfast was just lovely and had a large spread. Stay is special when you are served with smiling people. So loved the stay
