Dream House Pompei

That was a very nice stay! Clean and organized, the modern room is also silent and modern. The hotel is closer from anywhere in Pompei, you will be just a 10 minutes walk from the main city attractions. And about the breakfast... simples wonderful! I fully recommend this hotel.

Look no further. Dream House, where we stayed four nights, lives up to its name. Location - optimum, near to (1) Pompeii Central Station (2) a quieter (Anfiteatro) entrance to ancient Pompeii, and (3) the heart of the modern town, which is also a good place to be with its great church, piazza, bars and restaurants. Dream House itself has contemporary style, with well-appointed and comfortable rooms. The site is very secure, with good parking and a very pleasant garden. Best of all: Mario and his staff, who are all welcoming, friendly and so helpful. The breakfast is to die for. When we booked, we did not know what a good choice we were making. We say, go for it!

The Dream House lives up to its name! It is brilliantly located near the main station, a quiet gate into the ruins of the ancient city and the central square of the modern city. The house is very secure with excellent parking. Our room was delightful. Best of all Mario and his staff were very helpful, friendly. We had a lovely time!

Mario and Sabrina were very welcoming and helpful with suggestions and advice, even helping us to call for train tickets. The location was great with a short walk to the town square and also to the entrance for the Pompeii tour. We loved the turle, Molly, who hangs out in their garden and the breakfast was delicious. Fabulous 2 night stay at dream house. Hosts very friendly and welcoming. Paid extra for private use of lovely rooftop sun terrace with jacuzzi hot tub and prosecco and towels provided 100% worth it, was an amazing way to unwind quickly on arrival. Easy parking for small daily charge. Room had view of vesuvius and a huge impressive shower and bathroom. Delicious breakfast included, the best coffee in our trip was here! And a pretty garden with a tortoise! Hotel is perfectly located for visiting pompei ruins and for the new town. Walked to everything. Really enjoyed pompei Town more than I thought, had excellent meals very reasonably priced. The perfect base, would love to come back again.

Dream House of Pompei is located very close to the centre, it’s easy to find it. The hosts are really helpful, they answer as fast as possible. The room was nice and clean, well equipped. The breakfast was delicious, the lady from the kitchen was super nice.

This place exceeded our expectations. Very clean, artfully furnished, and quiet, is in an ideal location. The personnel is friendly and genuinely caring, and the breakfast is abundant, varied, and freshly made. Highly recommended. Great value for the cost.

We didn’t know what to expect of staying in Pompei. We were stopping to see the ruins on our way to Naples and had a car. We wanted something that had available parking and was walking distance to Pompei ((within 20 minutes). The description of Dream House seemed to fit the bill. What luck. We weren’t sure if we would need the parking and even though we had it reserved they offered if we wanted to save the $ and park on street. May not be same during high season but that was generous. Mario at front desk was great! Called day of our arrival to say he could accommodate an early check-in (typically 3 but our tour was at 2). He was terrific all the way around, explained everything and even told us the fast way back from Pompei archaeological site. Note it is not a 24/7 desk however they were accessible when we had a bit of after hours confusion. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Our room right next to front desk and not a problem noise-wise. Complete value for money. And the breakfast…probably best we had at any of our stays of the trip. The city of Pompei was a pleasant surprise and the hotel was accessible to a great area with shops and restaurants (shortly to post review of delicious Casa Gallo). Highly recommend.

We only stayed here for one night but it was an excellent place to stay. We had a twin room for our teenage boys and a double for us. The house is on a quiet residential street with a lovely garden to sit in. Molly the resident tortoise is a real character. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good with decent coffee, pastries, grilled vegetables (!), yoghurt and fruit. Mario couldn't be more helpful and allowed us to leave our bags after check out while we went to the ruins (which are close by) for the day. Really nice place.
