Two big pools around the main building. there's a third building across the street where I was given a room. There's a pool in this third building but it's smaller and virtually no one uses it.
The rooms are all very big. We had a two bedroom that was huge. The bathrooms are huge with big showers and one had a tub as well. We used one as an extra room for our infant to sleep in a pack and play. On that note, we requested a pack and play in advance for our late arrival and it was not provided. When I complained, they gave one only the next day and offered to refund my entire parking charge $20/ day.
They also offered an RCI two hour talk with promise of benefits just for attending. When I cancelled before the session, they did not respect the cancellation and kept notifying me about my booking (multiple calls and door reminders). Not professional at all.
The pools were very nice. One had a slide open from noon to 6pm. There were hot tubs beside both big pools. There were several activities a day which we did not participate in. The kids activity center was underwhelming. Not very busy and seemingly limited supplies for kids independent use and play. It was never busy or occupied as a result.

Loved how close the lake, gym, restaurants, and everything needed was. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Overall just a wonderful and relaxing experience

The unit was great. It was quiet. Pool area very beautiful. Too much pressure to sell us a timeshare. We were tired after a long flight and just wanted to get to our room. We got the same high pressure pitch at Sea Gardens. Annoying.

We had a two night booking. When we arrived, the hotel had given our 2-bedroom away and ‘there was nothing they could do’. They eventually found a a 1-bedroom in a facility outside of the gated resort in a very dirty motel and, quite frankly, in a really scuzzy neighbourhood.
They fixed everything the next morning and we had a beautiful room for the second night but the experience (and sleeping on the floor the first night) was enough to keep us away from this hotel in the future.
Great resort, great staff, but having our room just disappear on us and having to stay in a dirty motel was extremely disappointing.

the part of the property is stayed in was NOT up the the Wyndham standard. They said it was because we rented That is not accepted

Overall it is a decent stay.
The cafeteria could be improved. Only frozen snacks available. No drinking water or Ice on each floor.
Rooms were clean and view was great.

Loved the unit we stayed in . Extremely limited options for dining . Cafe closed at 6pm. Slide was hardly open for kids. Location was inconvenient and not near anywhere we needed to go. Annoying to charge for parking when the resort was not even 1/4 full. Did not enjoy the pressure to go to a time share meeting.

1 bedroom Condo's not on resort property. Separate building that looks like poor motel. No security, bad parking lot with only 2 lights. Rooms are old
