Recently refurbished, traditional town house with a beautifully-done interior. Just a stone's throw from the famous Calvario steps and the main square, yet in a very quiet street.
The house has 3 double bedrooms and a generous open-plan living / dining / kitchen area. The kitchen is every cook's dream, as it is fully equipped with all mod cons and extras such as a blender and a Nespresso coffe machine.
There is a downstairs toilet, a bathroom with a shower/bathtub on the first floor, and a stunning walk-in shower in the master bedroom. The 18sq.m. terrace has lovely views of the Puig of Maria and lots of sun.
Toys and books are available for your use, as is a Sonos music system, high-speed wireless and a high chair and cot if needed. There is air conditioning in every room, which can be used as heating in winter.
This location is ideal for families and anyone seeking tranquility alongside the convenience of having the main square with all its restaurants and bars around the corner. There is a great atmosphere here in the evenings with people dining outside and kids playing on the square. Cyclists and triathletes will love the proximity to some of the best routes on Mallorca.
