This property is something special. You can tell that it is family run and a labour of love. They are so helpful and the breakfasts are truly insane. A huge spread of homemade sweet and savoury food.
We had the room with the hot tub, which was lovely.
I strongly recommend going to the rooftop terrace for sunset!
We will be back

I cannot tell you how much we loved this hotel and the people who own it. It was by far our favourite spot in our location. The service we received was 10 star and the value was beyond . Our breakfast was included and I expected a typical pastry and coffee. Prepare to be amazed!! Carola and her dad and staff go beyond your expectations and hopes and treat you like family. Carola took care of every single situation I threw at her effortlessly and happily. Her attitude was so refreshing. If I could give this location a 10 star I would. I can’t wait to go back. Wait until you see the upstairs patio view!! The location in old town is so perfect. We absolutely loved it

Our stay at Quintessenza Luxury Domus exceeded our expectations even though I had read all the wonderful 5 star reviews. I think it is how Carola goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. Arranging parking and transfer. Meeting you at the drop off. Insisting on carrying your luggage. These are no small things for weary travellers who are not familiar with the limits to driving in old town centres. Her hotel is gorgeous with perfect amenities. The restoration which she and her father made to the hotel is top notch and lovely in details. The location is perfect for easy walking to all you want to see in Polignano a Mare. The breakfasts provide vast choice of the most excellent quality. Wonderful local food lovingly prepared on site. Overseen by Carola's father who is an Ambassador for his daughter's hotel. Don't think twice about staying here.

The rooms were spacious and modern and in a great location.
The staff were amazing and looked after us as if we were family. They provided homemade breakfast each morning which were nothing short of sensational.
If we ever come back to Pogliano A Mare, we will definitely stay here and not bother looking elsewhere.

Great place to stay, The Staff is fully committed to making you have the best possible time during your stay. Breakfast options are delicious and vary almost every day. It's in the middle of everything yet very quiet inside since the rooms don´t face the main street. Rooms amenities and decorations are all you need for a perfect stay. You can park close by for 20 euros a night which we recommend, also they help you transfer with luggage when you arrive and leave.

The accommodation and location were perfect right in the centre of the old town. Private parking was available nearby. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and hospitable and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was cosy and clean and the breakfasts were amazing, freshly made each morning from local produce. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Polignano a Mare.

From the moment we were welcomed we were made to feel at home by Carole. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was exceptional. We loved the terrace with the hot tub and loungers. Perfect location in the middle of the old town. We would definitely go back.

Arrival was east and helpful. Carola helped us book restaurants and gave us tips on things to see and do. The room was lovely and the bed and pillows were outstanding. Carola’s papa’s enthusiasm for the Puglian breakfast that he had made was fantastic. We felt so welcome and wished that we had stayed longer.
