Beautifully decorated in a classic-modern style, this brand new hotel is great. Everything is sparkling clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a nice residential neighborhood in the outskirts of Carmelo, a few blocks away from the beautiful tree-lined riverbank. Perfect hotel for peace and quiet. Highly recommended.

We stayed a couple of nights here while in Carmelo, primarily to visit wineries. Location-wise the hotel is slightly outside the main heart of Carmelo, and on the other side from most wineries. However the hotel provides free bicycles which we used to easily cycle through town (made easier by the one-way streets) and onto the wine trail. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond when we made a request. The included breakfast was continental with a good range and was delicious.

The rooms are brand new and well equipped. They provided us with a great crib for our baby. The hotel is in front of a big park, and a short walk to the beach. Good breakfast, super friendly staff. The living room with a fireplace by the restaurant is very cosy.

Hotel aconchegante, sem muito luxo, mas bastante charmoso. Muito agradável!! Tudo de primeira qualidade! Cama, travesseiros e equipamentos do banheiro excelentes. Funcionários bastantes gentis. Um pouco longe do centro. Café da manhã incluso, gostoso e simples.

As instalacoes do hotel sao boas...a questao e a falta de atencao com os hospedes: 1- meu marido estava doente , pedi algo leve no restaurante e eles informaram q era noite de sushi e nao poderiam fazer mais nada..assim , simplesmente um " voces se viram" , solicitei um pouco do arroz do sushi e tb disseram q nao. Resultado : ele tomou sorvete . 2- cafe da manha era ate as 11 hs. As 10 o unico pao dispinivel era pao de forma!!! ( 140 dolares a diaria, lembrem-se). Questionei a responsavel pela cozinha e ela disse q havia acabado as meias lunas e so restava pao de forma. Depois o recepcionista , qdo fui encerrar a conta, me disse que trouxeram mais paes e nos ja nao estavamos mais ali...mesmo eu dizendo que ficamos esperando e que saimos do cafe sem qquer retorno ele e a gerente insistitram que foi um mal entendido , sem qquer explicacao maior para nos. Enfim, nao voltaremos nem indicaremos. Uma pena!

Tiene un lobby soñado con un hogar muy acogedor. El desayuno es impecable y la calidad de atención es excelente. Cercano a la playa seré y a la reserva de fauna y a unos 4 kms del centro. La habitación tal vez es un poco Chica y sin adaptador ( te lo acercan) y las camas twins podrían ser más grandes y son muy altas. Solo pude pagar en el Hotel en usd o pesos uruguayos. Me permitieron hacer la reserva por booking, pero el pago es a la entrada y no pude pagar en pesos argentinos. De todos modos, volvería sin dudas !

O que mais me incomodou foi a falta de educação do Rapaz da manhã Eu queria fazer checkout era 7:50 ele não fez pois iria embora às 8:00 Tive que esperar E também a recepcionista do dia anterior nos disseram que o café da manhã era às 7:00 Mas só nos liberaram às 8:00 para tomar café Nos atrasou bastante Pois estava de moto !!
