1.淡季房價價格嚴重偏高，約為周邊同類價格2倍以上
2.退款流程拖沓，耗費1周
3.衞生間毛巾架螺栓鬆脱，架子掉落
4.數字電視永遠有skynet循環跳出廣告遮擋屏幕，工作人員也無能為力，無法關閉
5. 房間燈具過少，整體亮度嚴重不足，和套間的規格不匹配，不適合小童起居
6. 套間陽台外有專屬草坪，還不錯

Astha is the most wonderful host; she made us feel a million dollars and so well looked after. She helped me book a jeep for our trek and rebook our room for our return. Such a beautiful hotel, love the pool! Perfect to cool off in the hot sunshine and immaculate bar service for cocktails :) Lovely relaxing stay after a big trek and the chaos of Kathmandu. Highly recommend.

Nice straff, beautiful garden and authentic rooms. Super experience. I recommend couples, families with children and just anyone to stay here for a relaxing experience. The breakfast here are one of the better I have had on the trip. I also really enjoyed fries and a beer by the pool :) Thank you! See you next time

This is such a dreamy place to stay! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. I had some of the best sleeps of my life in the peaceful, specious and very comfortable room. The food was absolutely delicious, including the great selection at the breakfast buffet. Some mornings I could see a view of beautiful Mount Machhapuchare from the hotel. I am definitely hoping to stay here again! Thank you for such an amazing stay.

It was a really great and unique experience the staff was really friendly staffs … very hospitable and professional .. pool is very nice .. rooms are with beautiful balcony and very clean.. Ms.. Astha is very professional and hospitable .. always smiling and caring..

We had a very good time at Temple Tree hotel. Professional and very friendly staff. Beautiful rooms, very good breakfast, great garden and swimmingpool. We also had good massage at the Spa. A special word of thanks to Astha, she made out stay at the hotel, like feeling home! We are planning to come back next year!

Good hotel Shower room should be proper There is smell in the pool side and may be getting bad odour from neighbours. Restaurant service slow but food okay . Even when do it disturb sign was in , bell boy somehow opened the door . And next time kept us waiting for 20 minutes for luggage pick up . Front is small and messy . Heated pool would be better for guest . Spa is good Noise construction. Was there which was annoying . The suitcase keeping space was too small for our suitcase , so had to keep it down . Room should have better smell The hotel made huge difference by the employee name “astha “ she deserve to be in four season or st regis or kempinski as the way she welcomes us took us to the room and spa and her hospitality was impeccable , really impressed . Also was sincere for everything for the guest and advice . Hotel should keep all staff like this person Other staffs were not that professional. Me and my wife missed her next morning and hotel service was quite bad without her . Breakfast was average . So check in with astha was workday class and check out without her was pretty bad . Will only come back to this hotek when staff quality like astha and rooms and reception improved
