This property is ALL SHOW and NO QUALITY.
No customer service whatsoever. I called and texted, as indicated to do on confirmation email, with no response before arrival. Check in was at 3pm. Asked for an early check in when I arrived in person and was given a basic “No” with nothing else. When I asked again, I was then told 2pm might be ok and that they “probably won’t charge me” for being early. I arrived again at 1:40pm and was told I couldn’t even just park my car in the lot to walk to the beach while I waited for my room. I then paid for parking across thedespite the almost $500/night cost on a weekday. One would think that some accommodation would be given for that price tag.
When I finally was able to check in, looking at the room, it is beautifully decorated. However, upon inspection, there was a hair on one of the towels and then a hair in the bed when we turned it down for the night. The fridge is a big wine fridge but was loud and I heard it all night. The room felt damp all night despite the A/C on. The outside door to the room does not keep the outdoor light out of the room.
When addressing complaints to the “manager” the next day, she asked me for photographic proof of the hairs found. My complaints fell on deaf ears as there was no care or accommodation given. They told me they don’t own the hotel. I asked who to contact and was not given that information.
I will NEVER return to this poorly run hotel. I suggest you save your money and go somewhere else
