Thermas All Inclusive Resort Pocos de Caldas

O chech-in é muito demorado (+1 hora na fila). Do restante passamos um final de semana agradável.

O check-in no hotel é demorado e nada prático. Fazem até vistoria no carro! Fila de pessoas pra fazer o check-in. Vendem que tem o parque, piscina e tudo mais, mas esquecem de informar que os horários são super reduzidos! As piscinas ficam fechadas das 22h até às 10h! Mesmo as cobertas e aquecidas. Ou seja, se você acordar cedo e quiser pegar o melhor sol que é o da manhã, até pode, mas nada de entrar na água antes das 10h! Loucura. O parque? Só fica aberta das 13h(quando são pontuais) até às 16h40!! É isso mesmo!! Ou seja: se você ficar no hotel apenas 1 dia pra aproveitar o parque, NÃO VAI CONSEGUIR! Porque o check-in no hotel é depois das 16h e o check-out antes das 14h, exatamente no horário em que o parque está "funcionando" e você entrando ou saindo. Um absurdo!! Do mais, a comida é muito boa e as bebidas também são boas, apesar da limitação de horário também.

Fomos muitos bem recepcionados, atendimento em todo os setores foi excelente. Instalação e alimentação sempre no capricho.

The hotel needs a URGENT update. The only thing that I can say is OK is the food. The rest is similar to 2 star hotel in any place of the world. Rooms very outdated and dirty, kids team was totally lost, pool with many places without tile, restrooms mouldy, elevator not working, long lines to get drinks, etc… Could list more things…

The best place to spend free time with friends in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Good structure, excelent food and drinks (beer, gin, vodka, whiskey, soda, water). it is a all inclusive resort. The room has a lot space, good beds and good shower. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay here at Thermas Resort Walter World. Their were lots of activity’s for the whole family such as a magic show, festa junina, and a theme park with lots of rides. The food was amazing and everyone enjoyed swimming in the thermas. Overall it was a great experience and I definitely recommend it.

The hotel is nice in facility for kids, wonderfull pools and the city itself was many things to do. We did paraglid... unforgetable the food has many options and desert are the highest point. You must try the home nade sweets. The staff is very fribdlky and helpfull all the times.

Ambiente agradável, familiar, recreação com a crianças super divertida. Possui atividades para os adultos, com brindes. Alimentação a todo momento, tudo q vontade, bebidas. Nosso segundo ano é super recomendamos !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
