Stayed here to visit family in Plymouth, lovely, clean and very welcoming by all team I met. Nothing was too much bother and lush full English breakfast with lots of other choices. Also ideally situated for both the Hoe and City centre being just a short walk away whilst also being a lovely quiet area. Thank you to Nigel and his team 😊

Pleasant family run b&b. Very clean room and a comfy bed. En-suite had a decent size shower stall. Semi self serve breakfast with cooked breakfast available. Nigel and staff very welcoming and helpful. Very handy location.

Just returned from a Royal Navy Reunion and this place was ideal,rooms are warm and comfortable,breakfast is included in the price,the place is ideally situated for being close to town,nigel(the owner) was very informative and friendly,he has parking permits to purchase at £5 a day,better than £1.50 per hour,overall i would reccomend and would return.

A short 2 night stay to attend a conference, which was cancelled, so was very pleased to be situated very near the Hoe, shops, and other amenities. A little inconvenient having a separate toilet but at least it wasn't shared, and considering the price I found the staff very friendly and helpful, adequate breakfast and overall enjoyed my stay.

Very Nice Friendly Clean Guesthouse.Rooms Tidy and stocked.Lounge tidy and stocked.Good Breakfast and Wi Fi. Lovely helpful Proprietor. Excellent location to seafront and 5 mins walk to TC/Barbican Bars/Restaurants. Would Stay Again.Good Value.

Booked this hotel for my son and grandson at short notice.Comfortable stay in clean friendly hotel,warm welcome from owner Nigel who was great with my autistic grandson and
gave up his park space when my son had difficulty finding somewhere,nice breakfast, he would stay again
