The staff is always helpful and friendly, the room wasn’t terrible, but definitely needed more cleaning! It was very dusty and table tops hadn’t been wiped off!

The reservation host was wonderful and kind. Breakfast was good. The place needs a major cleaning from the rooms, bathroom, halls… elevator. I want to like this place but someone needs to start scrubbing. I’m sorry- I won’t return

Terrible. Paint messes everywhere. Paint peeling all over. No personnel around after 9. Couldn't find help to deal with MANY annoying kids running around and being loud until almost 2am. Will never spend another night in a country inn and suites. They have lost any chance of getting a dollar from me.

They had to go check 3 rooms to see if they were clean before they found one that was 'clean' (it was around 8pm so we were not pushing them on housekeeping). When we did get into our room the floor did not appear to be vacuumed, sheets were stained, and toiletry bottles had broken seals.

Stay away. This place is filthy and falling apart.
Stained blankets, curly hairs in the bedding, floors weren't vacuumed, nightstand covered in soda residue, bathroom fixtures were breaking out of the walls, guests were fighting ＜- this is no fault to the hotel but this place attracts the wrong type of people at this point.

the staff was very nice, but seemed under staffed. room was not very clean, floor wasn't vacuumed, sink in bathroom didn't drain very well, vents were dirty (bathroom, and in the heater). Breakfast was good the first morning, but the second morning they had hardly anything. staff was trying to help but still ran out of things to put out for breakfast guests.
the next door restaurant had amazing food and drinks. we did have a late lunch there. Very good food and service!!
