We book two room, one deluxe room. The room is very big and air cond is super good. Toilet is clean too. Another room We upgrade it to suite room with bathtub by paying extra rm 20 per day. First day the air cond is not working and is so hot until we request to change room to another room. Beside aircond, the room is spacious and toilet is clean n big

Affordable new hotel in permas jaya, near to mount austin as well. Other than the check in which took awhile as the receptionist was not around for quite a long time, the rest were ok. Comfortable bed, convenient and there is food downstairs, free parking as long as you let the receptionist know your car plate number. No fridge in room, have toiletries and coffee. #affordable #hotel #permasjaya #mount austin

We booked two rooms and simce one was ready before check in time, we were grateful to get the room.. The other was ready by check in time ad the lobby is comfortable enough to wait in. There is a coffee place just across the road so it was great.

I like the shower facilities with the head to back shower spray. The beds are comfortable too. Only downside is my room’s door lock has issues and beed to get assistance from the service desk to use their master key to open the door for us whenever we want to enter the room.

Loved: * Clean hotel that smelled fresh everywhere. No mouldy, damp smells 😅 * Clean rooms * Love the 2 types of pillows & the little cushion. Very comfy beds too! * Amazing service. Especially from staff named Sugen(unsure of spelling). He was absolutely a delight to be served by. * Super polite and accommodating staff overall. Always smiling and cheerful. * Adequate amenities & facilities in room like wardrobe area to place bags and hang clothes, hairdryer, mini fridge. * Ample parking and awesome shops within walking distance to get all necessities. Food. Drinks. Snacks. You name it. * Nice area at lobby for smoking * Jazz music piped throughout the hotel, all day. Love that! Wish could be better: * Toilet light didn’t work. We informed hotel and they offered to take a look at it but we declined as we didn’t wish to be disturbed. So plus points for service. ✅ * Wish toilet sink had a bigger shelf/countertop space to place our personal toiletries. * Wish they had more TV channel choices but what was available was reasonable. We were just being fussy 🤪 * Wish there were thicker walls as the lady in the room next door tortured us with her super loud conversations & really awful singing ALL DAY. 🤭 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall super happy to have stayed here. Will DEFINITELY return regularly. Can’t wait to be back. This is surely our new fav hotel.

This is 1 of the best hotels I've stayed,it's like my 2nd home,hopefully soon the management will consider to provide breakfast as well.Friendly staffs like Ratna & Sugandha at the same time helpful as well
