TC Apartamentos Don Diego

Great central position apar**ents close to all amenities and shops. Apar**ents have everything you need for a self catering holiday. Peaceful complex with a quiet adults only pool and larger family pool with pool side bar for drinks and snacks. We love Don Diego 👍👍

I found the overall experience of Don Diego excellent, I went self catering and the facilities were more than adequate for this. The view isn't great, in the sense that all you can see are the hotels across the road but its also not so horrible, I was on the 2nd floor of five and although before going I had been hoping for a higher level, once I went on my balcony I was actually quite glad I didn't as I am scared of heights! All the staff were very nice and the maid for my room did an excellent job. My only gripe is that, staying in room 209 which is right at the end of the building and next to a footpath it was very noisy at times during the night. Overall though this is a place I would recommend.

You are in the middle of Playa del Ingles, close to the beach and Yumbo centre. You have access to two pools which are both very clean and nice. One of them is adult only and quiet. There were a few things that could improve. Like that there were insects walking in the bathroom (ants and what looked like little cockroaches). Which I think is because the bathroom is poorly finished. You also get new towels every 3 days. We didn’t know that and just put them on te ground. The cleaners just folded them again and put them back. This is kinda dirty. The cleaners also come into the room even if you put the doorhanger on that it doesn’t need cleaning (We didn’t want it anymore since they throw alot away, like plastic bags and bottles which we wanted to reuse because of the environment). The bedroom was very dark and small and the beds kept rolling apart from each other. The beds itself did lay comfortably tho and the air conditioning is also nice. The wifi did not work well, only on the balcony we could watch a movie. It was too slow inside. Overall are the rooms fine but I would spend a little bit more next time and go elsewhere.

Nice apar**ent in the centre of Playa del Ingles.. Clean, with lovely private balconies with each apar**ent. Wifi only worked for five days out of seven. Kitchen adequate. We, couple, did not have a double bed but it was still alright. Estelle at the reception is very helpful, so is everyone else. Very quiet surroundings. Enjoyed our stay..

Das Don Diego ist unsere erste Adresse in Playa de Inglés. Sind schon seit Jahren da schon drei Besitzer erlebt . Ist jetzt nicht Luxus aber gut gelegen und preis Leistung stimmt. Man ist unabhängig da ohne Mahlzeiten. Neu kann man auch Frühstück dazu buchen und kann den Pool vom Dorotea mit benutzen.

El apartamento estaba genial para dos personas. Limpio y tenía de todo. La cocina equipada con lo necesario, el lavabo con ducha nueva. La limpieza era diaria. El personal de recepción, camareras de habitación, mantenimiento, etc… amables

Apartamentos modestos mas bem equipados com utensílios de cozinha e frigorífico. Camas confortáveis e espaços amplos. A localização e boa ficando perto da praia del inglês e de maspalomas. A alojamento dispõe de duas piscinas no entanto apesar de haver bar perto da piscina este quase nunca estava aberto. O pequeno almoço e bom, mas nada de especial com variadas ofertas. A fruta era pouca. A limpeza dos quartos e que ficou aquém do prometido. Apesar da limpeza ser diária (excepto quintas e domingos) houve dias que tivemos de solicitar na recepção que o quarto fosse limpo. Grande vantagem e o estacionamento gratuito mesmo a porta

Tutto molto bello, pulito ,disponibili ,ottima la colazione, c'è tutto quelle che serve nelle vicinanze....Sicuramente torneremo i ragazzi della reception pronti ad aiutarti in tutto quello che ti serve .Vista molto bella

Nos esperábamos algo mejor según las opiniones de otros visitantes. Llegamos a las 12 de la noche y no teníamos la cuna para el bebé en la habitación (confirmada antes de la llegada) llamamos a recepción y nos dice el chico que nos la sube, llega con la cuna sin montar y sin ropa de cama y me dice que es que él no la sabe montar, con lo que tengo que montarla yo. El baño del apartamento huele a alcantarilla, la limpieza deja muchísimo que desear, en 10 días han limpiado la piscina una vez y las hamacas con toallas todo el día sin estar nadie en ellas… En general todo bastante descuidado. Sin duda no volvería.
