Staff at the reception are so rude. Had a little issue with our booking and they were so loud while speaking. They are not helpful.

特別特別好的酒店，top1，泳池非常多，活動也很多好玩，雪頂咖啡yyds，早飯晚飯都是自助餐，酒店家庭小孩比較多

非常差非常差。這個酒店 明明給了現金，結果退房説我們沒付款 。要求再付一次 感覺就是強調酒店，耽誤我們40分鐘！！！太恐怖了！！！

Admired this hotel 10 years ago when we we're staying nearby and always wanted to come back. Have to say, ignore any and all the reviews complaining about nonsense.
The staff are lovely. The grounds are stunning. There are loads of sunbeds in the sun or in the shade. The pools are spectacular. The food in marketplace was outstanding.
Weve stayed in lots of 5 star hotels. This one is right up there with the Belmonds and Fairmonts of this world.

Overall I was satisfied with my Stay at the Lopesan Resort. However, there were some things that really disappointed me.
1. I booked Half Board. I wanted to explore the various restaurants on the property. However, during Check In I found out that I was only allowed to eat at the Market with the Half Board Option. Everything else would be Surcharge. I contacted the Reception to find an alternative solution. To cancel the Half Board or use the amount I have paid for a food credit. No solution was found. I spend my Birthday in the Resort and was quite disappointed by the misinformation. That’s also a reason, why I won’t book this resort again.
2. The rooms are quite nicely decorated and spacious. Unfortunately, the walls and doors don’t really keep the noise away. If you want to sleep in, it’s almost impossible. Since you will hear screaming kids or the staff speaking and working in the hallway.
3. Overall beautiful decorated, but this Hotel doesn’t deserve 5 Stars. A Maximum of 4 Stars.
I will choose the Riu Hotel for my next stay.
