We stayed one night at the Hotel Casa Del Flores. It was quiet and peaceful for it being so close to the 5th Avenue in Playa Del Carmen. Everything is within 2 blocks of walking including the ADO bus stop and the ferry to Cozumel.
The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. The property is well maintained and clean. There is a cute swimming pool and the decor is done in Mexican style. Rooms are spacious and we felt beds were comfortable and AC was cool. Although there was a short power outage during our stay, the staff were on it immediately trying to fix it.
We will recommend this hotel to folks who want a quiet stay with family but close to everything within a budget.

The city center is not far even though this location is considered the outskirt of Valladolid. Great staff!

Staff was available 24/7. Very friendly. Building is a bit older but very clean. Comfortable bed. Working AC. Water pressure in shower was good. Safety box works well. Felt safe. Had issue with batbroom smelling and staff took care of it right away. Would stay here again esp given price and location.
