Location is very convenient, it’s just 1min walk to ADO bus station, money changer, 7-11 and McDonald; easy connection to Tulum. Our room has a sea view; clean and comfortable bed; hotel staff are very professional. Good stay!

For the price, it's a really nice place. AC worked fine, everything was as we expected. Close to shopping, food bus terminal and ferry. It's a nice place, it doesn't claim to be a 4-star resort. We'd stay again if we were in Playa.

We wanted something close to the beach, well as soon as you walk out the lobby your view is the beach. Great customer service always willing to help. Room was just right for us. Only issue would be if you want to keep drinks cold the fridge was not in good shape, but when the 7-11 is around the corner you just keep going back for another six back. Little set back with the WIFI but was fixed ASAP. Only problem you will have is parking, but they will find a place for you to park, we didn't have that problem because we didn't drive a car. Will be back when we are back in Playa del Carmen.

Casa Melissa is our favorite hotel in Playa del Carmen that we stay every year in last over ten years. It seems they upgraded a lot of things this year and we feel very much home away from home.

A clean hotel and relatively quiet, considering it is close to the action. Steps from the beach and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful.
If you are driving, be prepared to find parking off-site and walking to this hotel. Also, you can't drive up to this hotel because of the pedestrian only streets; a 200-feet walk from the nearest drop-off spot. I would definitely stay here again.

Standard hotel room. Door on bathroom and front door didnt close well had to work them. Safe broken. Headboard constantly banged on wall had to prop with pillow. No place for wet bathing suits or towel. Would be nice to have a chair on balcony. The staff and housekeeping were very helpful

Easy access to and from the ADO bus depot. It is next to the Cozumel ferry terminal. The Main Street shop and venders are no stop for km’s.

This is my second visit to this hotel. First of all I don't think they could find my reservation I made through *******....months ago but they got me a room. A junior suite so I believe I got a upgrade.
This hotel is safe , clean & in a great location. Also a reasonable price.
My only complaint is late at night a bunch of drunk girls were in the pool below my room and were too loud!. Staff should of told them to be quiet.
I do think I would stay there again though because of all the positive things about it.
