Free drinks everywhere! I want to start of with the staff because they were super friendly and funny. There were many restaurants to choose from with our all inclusive pass. The location was not the best for us because we wanted to explore playa del Carmen on a walk it that was not possible with out the help of a taxi or renting a car.

The staff and accommodations were outstanding! We had a junior suite and it was perfect -great view of the pool and a whirlpool tub. Very safe! Many wonderful amenities on site - coffee shop and ice cream parlor (included). FABULOUS entertainment, day and night. Didn’t love the beach. Smaller area and kind of dirty. However there will plenty of great, clean pools. Great experience.

Nice resort. Large so be prepared to walk. We did El Beso. Which was just the non children building and pools. But you will hear and see kids all other time.

Loved the property, loved the staff. Need to drag few REAL carnivores through "Steakhouse", worst Ribeye I've ever had. The beef at the Buffet was also lacking in seasoning

Our week long stay was perfect! There isn’t one negative comment to be made. From the fast check in to check out we had the best vacation ever. Sonia, Was our butler and she excelled in joy and happiness of her job. We cannot wait to book again next year.

Number of pools to spend time at. Whole kids park and building separating families with small kids and adults only building/pool.
Great food options, and pleanty of choice.
Whole place was very clean. Staff very friendly.
Buy or bring your own volleyball if you want to play.... outside playing with the Activity coordinator for the 11am or 4pm hour. $18us for a ball at the resort.
Bowling alley and sports bar/disco were also great.
Would recommend this place.

Property was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable.
Service at the restaurants were at times very slow especially at the Mexican restaurant. It took 2 hours to get our food.
The beach was nice, could walk a long distance. Very hard to get reservations at the restaurants.

NOT an adult only resort - full of kids and it’s a hub for time share scams. You get harassed by those sellers everywhere you go.
The vibe is nonexistent as it’s full of kids everywhere.
Go to princess yucatan instead… way better and NO kids or time share scammers
