My partner and I could not have been more impressed with Singular Dreams in Playa Del Carmen. It was clean, modern and convenient to the places we wanted to go. Five minute walk to the beach 15 minute walk to Selecto and five minute walk to fifth Avenue. It is at the far end of fifth Avenue, and just far enough away to not be noisy. The people working at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Isai thank you! Camilo, our housekeeper, was a joy, and did a wonderful job for us. His smile was infectious. He even introduced us to a great YouTube channel for local music! I can’t wait to go back!

Everything is perfect for the price. It is the best location, a very nice building, and a room. Daily cleaning.
What I didn't like:
- Bed linen and towels are all stained.
- Sometimes they forget to add soap and toilet paper.
- The closet door fell off when we tried to open the one next to it.
- There is no kettle.
- The air conditioner blows VERY hard.
- The door to the bedroom closes very hard.
But everything else is just perfect! Huge and comfortable bed, large balcony, convenient parking and laundry, good soundproofing of the room. Very close to the beach. I highly recommend this place!

Great property. Very quiet and comfortable beds. Within walking distance to 5th which was great! The pool and bar are wonderful! We didn't think it was too busy at they pool any day. The kitchen is stocked but not well so for longer stays it may be difficult to cook for yourself. But lots of great dining options within walking distance. The beach isn't far but it's extremely busy. I would recommend this place for a comfortable stay!

The hotel was perfect!! The rooms are very clean with a fully equipped kitchen and a large bedroom The pool on the roof is very impressive and beautiful, everything was above expectations highly recommend! And of course the service was excellent! Especially of dear Miguel who always helped us with everything we needed! We will return in the future!

It's close to beach and has great views from rooftop pools, gym and bar. Only reason I stayed several days longer than I should have.
Mediocre house keeping. Twice was given condo without pillowcases. Once was not given condo I paid for. Complain and management gives you attitude.

This property is in a perfect location, blocks off of 5th Ave, the beach and 38th St. The units are clean and comfortable but the real star here is the rooftop pool. . . AMAZING!!

Hi guys, I just want to share what happened to us at Singular Dreams Beach in Playa del Carmen. Today our niece suffered an electrical accident in the hallway between the two pools, because she stepped on a light box that was not painted or marked and suffered electric shocks since she was wet and ended up on the floor and became sick. The hotel administration did not respond and did not take responsibility. They even said that we had to resolve the issue ourselves and that the next day they would see how they could help and that if we did not feel safe they would refund our accommodation and we would leave the facilities. It is unfortunate that this has happened and that a place like this does not comply with insurance or the necessary security measures for the safety of guests.

The 2 bedroom was GREAT for 3 people (or 4 if one doesn't mind sitting on a kitchen chair)! Short walk to the beach/stores/restaurants.. very clean daily towels. Will definitely return!!!

We stayed in room 506 and the air conditioner didn’t work properly all day we had to turned it all once or twice and sometimes reprogrammed the thermostat in order to work. The wifi and tv we never got it to work and we were there for 7 days. They really need to clean the rooms a little better, the floors never got swept or mopped once in all the 7 day that we were there the apar**ent it’s very dusty. I liked the location of the hotel and the pool was very nice.
