We loved this place! Such a nice room, with a fridge, huge balcony, big bed and very clean. It is not far away from the airport the buss cost 5€. Area is nice for young people, full of bars, pubs and cafeterias. The pool is big and comfortable. A good, wide sand beach is right next to the hotel.

War Mitte Juni schon mal da.Eine einzige Katastrophe. Viele Junge Leute.Waren draussen und im Hotel sehr laut.Dieses Mal hervorragend. Im Hotel ruhig Waren auch einige Junge Leute da.Aber sehr gesittet.

Hotel maravilloso con muy buena ubicacion en el corazon del Arenal la playa esta muy cerca, pedimos una habitacion tranquila y nos dieron sin problema una que daba al lado de la calle principal la habitacion estaba muy limpia, el personal es muy amable y simpatico habia estado hace unos años y se nota que poco a poco estan renovando el Hotel. Muy buena experiencia sobre todo con el personal siempre esta atento para ayudar y buscar soluciones para que se haga una estancia agradable. Volveremos!

Die Lage ist das Beste, das die Badezimmer recht neuwertig renoviert sind mit begehbarer Dusche ein großes Plus. Insgesamt kann ich sagen das ich, wenn der Preis passt mir gut vorstellen kann wieder dort einzuchecken.
Die negativen Sachen sind das Essenauswahl in Relation mit anderen Hotels schon gering ist - fairerweise war der Aufschlag für HP aber auch nicht sonderlich hoch - daher noch okay.
Bis auf das Bad sind die Zimmer natürlich schon recht alt, und gerade das man noch echte Schlüssel nutzt ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Absolute Katastrophe! Haben ein Zimmer bekommen, das schon belegt war. Hätten den Gast bekleiden können. Zweites Zimmer unsauber & Personal einfach nur unfreundlich, gestresst und nicht zum empfehlen.

Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel zu teuer Balkon konnte nicht angeschlossen werden.
Rezeption ein Mann sehr unfreundlich.

Einfache und Saubere Unterkunft für ein paar Tage. Sehr Zentral gelegen um zu feiern. Freundliches Personal. Zimmer einfach aber zweckmäßig. Essen nichts besonderes aber man wird satt.

Zustand des Hotels allgemein etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, Steckdose hing an den Kabeln hinunter.
Aber für einen kurzen Mallorca Partytrip vollkommen in Ordnung.
