Arrived late ish. No pillows on bed. Asked reception for pillows who said the laundry is closed?? Towels aren’t changed daily which I personally think is disgusting. I change my towels daily at home.

Отель популярных, большой, шумный, удобно расположен.
Началось знакомство с отеля с негатива.
Бронировали номер на 3х. Добрались до отеля в 2 часа ночи, благо ресепшен работает круглосуточно. Выданный номер встретил нас тараканами! На ресепшен не сильно охотно поменяли, сказав что мест особо нет, но выдали номер на 3м этаже с хорошим видом, где краешком видно море. Но в номере бельё было только на 2х. Будучи уставшими поделили 2 комплекта на 3х и с утра вернулись на ресепшен с просьбой выдать третий комплект. Однако, на ресепшен решили выдать нам другой просторный номер в соседних 2х-этажных корпусах с террасой на крыше. Что в принципе нас и устроило.
Оказалось всё не так плохо, несмотря на то что отель не новый и довольно шумный. Номера просторные, есть оборудованная кухня, шум с улицы сильно не досаждал. Уборка несколько раз в неделю.
Расположение у отеля хорошее, есть и где прокатную машину запарковать (после небольшого поиска свободного места), за углом большие магазины, автобусная остановка, до пляжа 5-7 минут пешком.
Отдохнули хорошо! Цена в принципе соответствует уровню. Про питание ничего не скажу, т.к. брали без питания.

Just got back from 5 days here and must admit we was dreading it because of the previous reviews. We was pleasantly surprised, room clean, maids came in 4 out the 5 days there. Pool nice, clean. We were self catering so can’t review the food but location is brilliant. Would definitely come back and stay here. For the money you can’t go wrong. Yes can be a little loud but most hotels you can hear people in there rooms.

Cheap, good as a base, and ideally positioned . Everything was a little dated, my main issue was the cleaning, the rooms needed a really good scrub with only the most basic of cleaning done each day. We didn't spend much time there in the day but every night without fail between 2am and 3am there was an argument or people screaming, the security didn't seem to be able to control anything. wi-fi 5 euro a day. Overall for the money it was decent but don't expect a good nights sleep and bring your marigolds!!

Booked this at short notice as a solo traveller on a self catering basis. Hotel is OK in general, rooms are basic but functional and could do with a makeover. Worst part of the stay was the noise from the high number of young groups in the hotel. Noisy shouting across balconies at various times of day and lots of corridor noise at night and in the early hours. Next time I will go elsewhere. Certainly not recommended for the over 40's or families.

Food not great,staff not helpful,we stayed all-inclusive,4 of us were sitting at a table in the bar,I went to get us a drink and was told I could only have2,if I wanted another 2 I needed to queue again,ridiculous!! A queue built up because the barman was showing off, throwing ice in the air and catching it in the paper cups. Food was of a poor standard and not hot

We came as a family 2 adults 1 child (3). First night woke to screaming in the halls at 3am people coming home from a night out. Lifted up the sofa bed to find dead bugs and dirt, it hasn't been swept. Asked for a sweeping brush to do it myself but they don't give out sweeping brushes and had to wait until the next day for it to be swept. Toilet roll holder fell off the wall as if it had just been balanced on. Bottle opener was broken when we got there. I brought a sponge to wash my child and cleaners used it to clean something with bleach, so dangerous as I could have used it to wash my child again only the smell of bleach off it was so strong. There was black mould on the bathroom wall. We had the baby pool to ourselves most days and it was clean. All in all, it was a great location and for the price we paid it was ok, but I wouldn't recommend it for a family stay.

Terrible place to stay. Room walls were paper thin, overall the hotel was dirty. Too many people running about shouting and screaming and the room keys were useless. If you want to use the TV you have to spend €10 for a remote, your key cards need replaced every single day. Also human feeces were found right before the elevator doors. Wish I was joking but sadly not. Didn’t even want to eat my dinner that night

I've been a few times to this hotel and it's always been great. Unfortunately on this occasion I have one complaint about cockroaches in room 1141. I think this room needs fumigation as the cockroaches return constantly so must be eggs somewhere. Cleaners are always around and do clean a lot but I think this room needs closing if possible whilst the issue is resolved. The hotel itself is fab, staff are great. Its a good area with fab people and great pools. The food is mediocre but not bad I am a little hesitant at returning on this one occasion unfortunately purely.due to cockroaches Please sort room 1141 thank you
