Good all round hotel, clean with friendly staff, we stayed bed and breakfast but the English breakfast was a let down, went down the road to buzz bar, good breakfast, rooms spacious, I would stay here again but not in even numbers, we stopped in room 124 facing an alleyway where all deliveries were waking us early in the morning, pool good.

Myself and my partner was at the hotel for a anniversary brake. We had been travelling since 2:30 in the morning so the first day when we arrived we got to bed about 10:30. The following day we went on a day out and on our return we went to the room but our room card was not working. Went to reception and after 15 min waiting was advised management wanted to speak with us. We then got accused of having a late night part and being sick from the balcony. When I explained we were in bed by 10:30 and this simply was jot us they were rude and issued us with a warning. I have since sent the hotel an email asking this be fully looked in to and cctv checked and they advised this simply was us and that they’re was nothing to check. They had no compassion or understanding and were so rude and unhelpful. You can not go throwing accusations around like this to your guests when there is simply no truth in it. Seems like your night security need to act on things as soon as they are reported in the north and not leave it till the next day. I simply will not be returning to this hotel and will not be recommending it to any of my friends that travel to Tenerife regular.

Hotel nice, clean, nice staff. Location excellent. Lots of restaurants and bars all-round. and groceries stores/ supermsrkets. Don't know about the hotel's food because we were selv catering and dining out almost every night We had an apar**ent on the ground floor, facing pool and the pool area is rather noisy but I can understand that in the daytime with children having fun. There are other sunbathing areas away from the pool which are quieter. Things to complain about: we found the beds too soft and the ever ending story about the lackf a decent chair in apar**ent, same as in almost every hotelapar**ent..The sofa-bed is not comfortable to sit on watching TV or knitting/ reading etc. It can't ruin a hotel's budget to put 1-2 chairs in the living room. Then I'd like a shoe rack, easier for the cleaning lady, and some more shelves for clothes would be convenient.

Fantastic hotel, rooms are gorgeous, the no air con wasn't a problem in may but think it would be a nigh**are high season, drinks fab, staff all lovely? Entertainment guy was very funny and entertaining? We r rebooking for same time next year.

Just returned from a ten night holiday to parque la paz we could not fault this hotel at all a very clean modern hotel with very spacious apar**ents but unfortunately no air con but they do have two large ceiling fans all the staff at this hotel are fantastic and all of them are very hardworking the two barmen in the evenings Alexander and Igor always remember your drinks when you go to the bar they both work so hard and are such friendly young men the maids do an excellent job cleaning your room the food is excellent you would never go hungry at this hotel we stayed all inclusive and there’s just so much food all day long until 11 pm in the evening the location is great near to shops bars and restaurants and not far from the beach we would definitely return to this hotel if going to Tenerife again and we would highly recommend to anyone wanting a great hotel and good location in Tenerife keep up the good work parque la Paz

Great value & location. We were fortunate to have a 2 bedroom apar**ent that had a gate leading onto the pool area-perfect! Apar**ents spotless. Food generally good…breakfast could be a little warmer. The biggest issue was at lunch, an hour before leaving. 2 of our group had chicken that was raw in the middle. Luckily noticed & brought it to chefs attention but please make sure you check. Cocktails were fab & the self serve drinks were great. Poolside entertainment fun - crazy aqua aerobics was hilarious! Would definitely return-already looking at prices!

Hotel is exceptionally clean and welcoming. Could not fault the cleanliness of our apar**ent which was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. The Staff were so friendly and work so hard keeping the hotel immaculate. Excellent location close to amenities and short walk to the Beach. Pool was a nice temperature, plenty of sun beds and also lots of peaceful sunbathing areas around the Hotel. We were self catering so didn’t experience the food, however our apar**ent was fully equipped with a mini hob, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Plenty of places close by to eat out. Would definitely return.

Lovely hotel. Drinks if not on all inclusive are very expensive. My hubby was pickpocketed right outside the hotel front door. His money and room key were stolen. Reception cancelled his key card straight away and provided new ones but did not seemed surprised by what had happened. The rooms themselves were the best we have stayed in and were spotlessly clean. You did not fight for a sun bed by the pool ever. Check in was fast and informative. Would stay again as hotel immaculate but would be extremely cautious returning at night and stay in a group for safety.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Apar**ents spacious and modern. Always clean. Helpful staff. Loads of sun beds available (no sun bed wars) 😂 definitely recommend and will go back next year .
