Gabby and Derek were charming as usual and the checking in process was great. The bathroom in my room had hair matted in a corner and an additional used wash cloth was hanging on the shower curtain rod. I still consider this hotel as one of my favorites and a hiccup or two won’t prevent me from coming back. The amenities and breakfast are nice and the staff are always pleasant and welcoming.

Hotel was clearly undergoing some refurbishment which it definitely needs.
Deposit was charged to my card and has not been refunded, even though they said it was just on hold! Impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone to get the deposit refunded.

Friendly and efficient check in. Note: building is undergoing some renovations but didn't effect our comfort. New elevator in rear of building. Room was clean and modern with TV, microwave and small fridge and coffee maker. Coffee and water available in lobby. Morning breakfast included. Lots of restaurants nearby. We would stay again.

Property and rooms were much nicer than some of the reviews I've read. My only complaint is front elevator was out of service causing me to have to either walk up stairs or down to the back elevator and i have severe mobility issues

The worst hotel I ever stay. A lot of noise from unruly guests and impossible to sleep in these conditions. I had to change room and floor at 2:00 am. The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor. There are no restaurants at walking distance. No easy transportation

Overall a great experience. But the parking lot needs repaving and the Elevator needs to be repaired. I t looks like the whole place is being renovated so I think they can bring these things up to the 5 star level like the rest of the place

Our stay was excellent. Hotel is a little worn but under going renovations. I found everything to be clean and in working order. Our room had wood floors. The bed was comfortable. The woman in charge of the morning buffet was so nice! Very easy walk to Publix and restaurants.

Clean and bed comfortable. Shower was only lukewarm and elevators not working. We are older and carrying luggage up a flight of stairs is not back friendly for us. We won’t be staying again.
