Clean and friendly a**osphere, very convenient for traveling in and around the place. Definitely a good location that I would recommend to anyone.

Last year, I stayed at the Marriott at North Andrews, and that was extremely clean, with room service, except you declined to have it. Based on the quality and condition of that one, this one was a true disappoin**ent. Don't ever recall ever even seeing the elevator clean, and room service was only provided one day. It was definitely clean like I expected it to be. Truly a disappoin**ent!!!!!!

Great place to stay the night before departing on a cruise from Ft Lauderdale. Newer property in better than average condition. Like most Courtyards, breakfast not included but there is a small cafe on the premises. Next to Broward Mall with a few chain restaurants.

The state was mostly okay. The staff was very friendly. The elevators were old and a little scary. There was a dirty towel in our bathroom. Small room, definitely an older hotel.

Location was great and property was clean.
The gym was closed for renovation during our entire stay, the pool was very cold so we didn't use it. The staff could be a little more helpful. Maid service was very late in the day (usually between 4-5pm).
Also they did not have complimentary coffee which Marriot hotels usually do
