The room was really nice and spacious. The only issue was the hotel restaurant is very overpriced.

Comfortable bed, great shower, spacious bathroom. The bar in the hotel lobby was closed at 10 on a Sunday morning, no coffee available in lobby (there is a coffeemaker in the room). Great stay!

Much better than the last time I stayed. TV didnt work but they were able to switch us rooms easily. Staff was very nice and efficient even with lots of people in the lobby.

Everything was great, except the hot water. It never got hot in the bathroom sink and was just warm enough to shower.

Pleasant hotel. Convenient location on Plano/Richardson line, also just a few minutes from Garland, and easy access to Galleria and other points north.

The only available toiletry was bathing soap. There was no toothpaste and no lotion. The TV remote control was faulty and they do not have complementary breakfast.
