Shower faucet didn’t work. Snack area was not well stocked. Vending and ice machines hidden and not enough parking. Was clean and affordable.

The front desk help Wendy, was super helpful. The mattress, pillows and sheets were excellent !!! The tubs need a little attention but a great stay!!

I ultimately chose to just leave in the middle of the night and drive to my final destination. The walls were so thin I could hear conversations, word for word, in the adjacent room. There were stains all over the floor and chipping paint in the room. Generally cleanliness was questionable. Honestly the noise from the adjacent room made it impossible to sleep. For $200+ a nice you’d have some ability to sleep.

It was just ok...no one at front desk when I checked in at night. Only one person there in charge of everything. Just nothing special. Bath tubs are very old.

There was nothing we liked about this property. The staff was not welcoming or friendly. The hotel was old. Even the towels had an odd smell. Toilet seat was broken and not clean in the crevices by the screws.The shower curtain was ripped I had booked for 4 nights, but left next morning. No one even asked about our stay and then almost doubled our charge for the one night!!

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The room was very nice and the bed super comfortable. The only thing lacking was there were no hooks or towel racks in the bathroom.

Had a great stay at this property. The location, overall cleanliness, room condition and the complimentary breakfast were all fine with nothing to complain about. However what impressed me in particular was the friendliness of the manager at the front desk. Not only did she allow me an early checkin - the room was available - but the few moments of friendly conversation really made my day. Customer service like this will win you a lot of loyal customers!

Good location in Plainsfield, near airport and a number of restaurants. I've stayed here before. Very good value for the money. Not 'fancy', but comfortable beds and nice staff. Facility is a little 'dated', bathroom could be improved to look better, but I'd stay there again due to reasonable pricing.

The room assigned was noisy and the window was broken with no seal around it. We changed rooms to a quiter room. The morning desk clerk was the rudest clerk I have ever dealt with at a hotel. I would not stay there again, there are plenty of better choices on the same road.
