The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean but simple/rustic. Inexpensive place to stay near Sugar Bowl.

Great hotel, not a lot of frills, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and really well maintained. The hotel was built in the 40s, which is kind of cool. The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great stay! Friendly staff, clean room, convenient location for skiing close to the highway. There was some noise in the morning but everything else is perfect.

I would like to connect with the Manager of the property, my stay was great the staff In the lobby was professional and respectful, and everything was fine until this morning when I went to the restaurant the employee who was working that morning at 7:15 am, is disrespectful and rude and I will like to give you more details about my experience

Staffs are very friendly. It's really convenient to have restaurant/coffee shop in the same property. We enjoyed sledding and playing with the snow in the backyard.

Very basic room and not safe. Safety latch on door broken. Heater is very noisy and kept me up all night. Carpet mat at front door is damaged and corners so gets stuck under the door.
I woke up to ice in the toilet!. No coffee maker or microwave provided. There wasn't even a luggage rack for my suitcase!. Was told there was complimentary coffee in the office, but when I got tried to get a cup the office was locked even though the sign said open. Stay anywhere else!

Staff was helpful and the grounds were a perfect place for our littles to play in the snow! The back area behind the hotel was private and a perfect mini winter wonderland! Great deal for the price to get to the snow!

I like the staff, environment, great comfort food, and the feel of home and comfyiness when I spent time in the Sierra Woods lodge.
