Hôtel qui correspondait à nos attentes
Hôtel très animé dommage qu il n y a pas plus d animation en Italien
Chambre très propre
Au niveau nourriture, pour un hôtel situé en Italie. Très peu de spécialités local ce qui est regrettable

We returned for our second visit arriving Saturday 25th May, staying for one week. Having already been we knew our way around and took advantage of pre-booking preferred rooms in block 6 - away from the busy Wunderbar / Entertainment areas. A lovely relaxed week ensued, special mentions for Anna, Bruno, Joe and Luana who go the extra mile to ensure you are well looked after. A good tip - just accept that Italian guests simply cannot queue for anything! Numerous occasions they went straight to the front of queues, spoke in native tongues and got served before anyone else; that was annoying. Also, note that the Wunderbar does not allow shirtless service. There is a microscopic sign somewhere that states service will be refused without a t-shirt/shirt. Overall a lovely break, Italy is a beautiful place.

Stayed 11 to 18 May as a couple. This four-star complex and the staff exceeded all expectations. Our room was spotless and ultra clean with staff outside forever keeping the whole site clean and immaculate - stunning plants all over the place. The main pool is huge and clean - it's also never in the shade and so is always a reasonable temperature. There is a buzzing entertainment scene - discos/parties - one on the beach - loads to do, including walking in the woodland area and various other activities (mountain biking etc). I'm a bit of a coffee connoisseur - the coffee is fab - even from the machines. The beach is maintained to an incredibly high standard of cleanliness - not a fag dimp in sight. The quality of the food and the choice is amazing. They have a singer in the entertainment team called Werdy. He has a monumentally brilliant voice - a superstar level talent (and I don't say that lightly). Expect to see him headlining major music events soon - an absolutely great guy to go with the talent. As with any holiday complex, some things are better than others, but the negatives are so minor that they don't merit a mention. This place felt like a five-star resort. Colossally brilliant holiday.

We have just returned from a fabulous 7 day stay at this fabulous holiday resort TUI magic life Calabria. We arrived on the 25/05/24 and had the swiftest Check in less than 30 minutes we where in our room.staff friendly and helpful our room was even available to us and we where a few hours early so fantastic start and our suit cases delivered to the door in minutes of us being in the room. We stayed in room 8206 lovely private lodge room with a side pool view and it was cleaned twice daily…but the pillows I agree with other comments need changing they are dreadful, bring your own if you are going. We found the Food at the private lodge is of such a high standard we was totally spoilt for choice every night, the staff at the private lodge restaurant work so hard, they are helpful, friendly i thank them all for our wonderful meals and so well managed, nothing it to much trouble. Pool area clean and plenty of beds, but also loved our visit to the sea front through the pine forest and the barbecue on the beach was a real treat, again well managed and delicious food. I attended a few classes, Zumba,yoga,dance and aqua aerobics thoroughly enjoyed them and found the teachers very knowledgeable and encouraging. I can’t say enough about this beautiful resort and I mean it’s like a picture post card the grounds and plants all very well maintained, staff everywhere all friendly helpful Can’t wait to come back again thanks for a fabulous, restful and relaxing 7 day break it was amazing .

Grounds - the grounds are amazing and the staff work incredibly hard maintaining them. The flowers are spectacular. Beach - the walk to the beach is lovely through the trees. There is a children’s park (in the shade), giant chess set and relax area on the way. The beach its self is lovely with plenty of free sun beds and umbrellas. There are changing facilities, toilets and lunch in the beach buffet restaurant is lovely. The beach is pebbly so you definitely need beach shoes. Food - we thought the food was very good quality and plenty of variety. Room - we had a two storey room with a lovely balcony which got the evening sun. The room was cleaned every day to a very high standards so never had any complaints. Staff - every one worked incredibly hard and always went out of their way to say hello when they passed you. Pizzo - definitely worth going on the hotel bus to the local town. €10 each. We got a tuc tuc down to the local beach and the sea was beautiful. Pools - all the pools are great and very clean. We spent most time at the family relax pool as it’s heated. Always plenty of beds and lots of shade. You are allowed inflatables in them so worth bringing your own so you don’t have to buy them. There is a pump for them at the side of the shop. All in all a fantastic holiday and I would definitely return.

Just an Incredible Holiday WOW what a complex this is, We stayed in the Adults section, a party of 7 Adults in total, Some mentions if i may, Franco, Isabella, Antonio outstanding thankyou for looking after us. perfect from start to finish. This complex is defo worth more than its 4 star rating, The whole process from checking in to checking out was immaculate, the staff are amazing, the rooms and complex are immaculate and the facilities are brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, we celebrated 2 birthdays whilst there and the Buffet Restaurant looked after us with table decorations and 2 birthday cakes (Very Small Fee) Just Perfect, will defo be returning.

Arrived at the hotel for check in and it was complete chaos. Cases just thrown off the coach and it was hunt the case game as there was hundreds all over the place. Once found you was shown to reception and the chaos got worse. Was waiting in line for over an hour as it was so unorganised. They get people to fill out a forms at the counter which holds everyone up. Why they don’t get people to complete whilst in line it would save so much time. Once we found our room we headed off to the pool area to find a snack bar as we had missed lunch due to check in and the snack bar was closed and we had to get the manager to sort some food. The snack bar remained closed all week. The al la carte restaurant don’t bother food was awful. Hopefully this has not put you off. The food in the main restaurant was very good and the rooms are very spacious and cleaned well. Pool area is nice and has to be one of the biggest pools I’ve seen. Measures on the drinks are a little tight and we had to keep asking for more. There is 2 shops on site that are not very good and closed most of the time A little market ( 5 stalls ) was on Thursday Pizzo village is worth a visit but it’s not massive probably about 7 restaurants and few little shops. Staff are friendly enough and work hard but unfortunately I would not return

Fantastic hotel and amazing staff. Can’t fault TUI Magic Life Calabria at all. Just got back from a weeks holiday in one of the private lodges. Extremely clean everywhere you go, amazing food and really friendly helpful staff (they even put up with my terrible efforts to speak Italian 🤣). Will definitely be booking to go back.
