Let me start off by saying the house was spectacular, unique, & comfortable. I did book this due to the fact they have lots of amenities. One, being a washer and dryer. I would say that the cleaner did leave sheets and towels in the washer and the dryer. As an act of kindness, I did put the sheets that were in the washer to dry & after placed everything on the extra bed in the one of three rooms this comfy home has to offer. Reason for my review is for the communication exchanged. I arrived at 3:50p with check in being 4p. I was supposed to receive a message/email with the code to enter the home. All messages sent after confirming my reservation did not contain the code. I messaged on ******* and was told there was someone inside that could open the door. Please note, at this time, I am sitting outside with all my luggage in 30 degree weather (I'm from LA!). By the time I was able to gain entry it was 4:22p with the cleaner inside. Being that I was on a tight schedule this set me back on my preplanned schedule. I had to change quickly with no privacy due to the fact that the cleaner was still "Cleaning." Of course I was highly frustrated & cold. The cleaner did not welcome but was on the phone the whole time. While on the phone he literally said, & I quote, "I don't know why these people are mad, I don't care if they are mad. It's not like I have somewhere to be." I placed all of my luggage in the first room (living room). I had to leave, & left my stuff too w him still there
