Tucked away in a neat little city called Pistoia is this great property. I was not prepared to be transported back in time, the overall mood was from another century, but the amenities were all modern. My room had a big bed and on the loft it had 2 additional beds. It is a great place and location to move around the city square. Faviano was my front desk manager and she was quite helpful to install passwords on my devices. What really made my day was the breakfast room, I totally adored it!! I wanted to spend hours and hours to admire the room and its a**osphere! I highly recommend this place especially for families and romantic get aways!

It was the most beautiful experience in a high-class hotel. Thank you to the staff who were at their best. Quiet, clean, positioning in the historic center very close to the central square where you can find the cathedral, a lot of shops and terraces. In a word, exceptional

My first trip to Pistoia I have the privilege to stay at Palazzo Puccini at Dimora Storica , an amazing place, with the warmest hospitality by Fabiana. Everything was in order, the room was so nice, clean, hot water and perfect heat, with furniture that we loved. Breakfast was prepared so carefully that made us feel at home. Fresh juice, cheese and ham always fresh and cut at the spot, excellent coffee and my favorite the sweets, cakes that I loved. We felt like never before. We stayed more nights that planed because we had lovely time. Thank you all. Recommended with all my heart. Tanya Kyriakidou, GREECE

Ottima accoglienza. Tecnologicamente avanzati. Prima dell'arrivo il personale ha inviato un whatsapp con le coordinate esatte dell'indirizzo, ha segnalato due parcheggi comodi con tanto di costi e la possibilità di ottenere il permesso temporaneo di ingresso con l'auto nella ZTL. Posizione strategica in pieno centro, le stanze sono grandi e accoglienti, arredate con mobili ottocento. Bagno ampio e pulitissimo dotato di saponette e bagnoschiuma. Il palazzo è stato ristrutturato con grande cura con dovizia di particolari, dalla scelta dei colori delle pareti, agli infissi e alla illuminazione. Per raggiungere le camere sono stati pensati spazi dedicati a salotto per poter leggere o colloquiare. Ottima la colazione con grande scelta tra dolce e salato, tutto abbondante e di buona qualità. La signora alla Reception molto gentile e professionale. Davvero un'ottima scelta per soggiornare qualche giorno a Pistoia.

La signora Fabiana è stata un host splendida: ci ha accolti con gentilezza e professionalità e ha reso il nostro weekend a Pistoia un'esperienza veramente piacevole. La struttura è perfetta per pulizia, arredi, confort e posizione. Un momento molto bello è stato anche la colazione per la buona qualità dei prodotti in un'a**osfera che riporta indietro nel tempo.

Centrale con garage a pagamento a cinquanta metri. Cordialità nell'accoglienza, camera in stile antico pulita e funzionale. Ottima la colazione. Prezzo contenutissimo. Accesso facile con ascensore. Ristoranti di qualità a pochi metri. Cosa vuoi di più?

Struttura di gran pregio, a due passi dal duomo di Pistoia. Comodissimo il parcheggio situato a 50 mt se si viaggia con auto al seguito. Cura dei particolari, sale comuni splendide, camera ampia e pulita, letti super confortevoli. La colazione sublime servita in un salone che toglie il fiato! Ciliegina sulla torta: la precisione, disponibilità e gentilezza della signora Fabiana! Consigliato senza ombra di dubbio anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!

Spettacolare struttura d'epoca nel pieno centro di Pistoia, comodissima per tutto. Io e la mia compagna abbiamo alloggiato qui in occasione di un concerto e la piazza dell'evento si trovava letteralmente a 2 minuti a piedi dal palazzo, in una zona che pullula di locali e ottime trattorie. Il B&B è parecchio curato negli interni, assolutamente pulito e silenzioso. La nostra camera era parecchio spaziosa, nettamente più grande della media, e l'host si è persino prodigata nel trovarci un piccolo frigo da mettere nell'alloggio. Ultima ma non per importanza, la colazione: strepitosa e davvero variegata. Una quantità esorbitante di torte, cereali, biscotti, succhi, bevande e quant'altro, senza farsi mancare nemmeno una parte per la colazione salata continentale. La struttura dispone inoltre di una praticissima sala fumatori collocata nel centro del B&B e parecchio areata verso l'esterno.
