I had the worst experience ever! Not just because the hotel was disgusting, but because after doing the check-in and going to the room, everything was terrible, the room was suppose to be non smoking and it has a strong cigar smoke smell among another bad things, and although knowing this was a 2 start hotel we were expecting at least the minimum, cleanliness and good service, none of this was found in this terrible place; we decide to cancel the reservation the same night, they refuse to return my money, and more than that the manager did not care about the situation, he dared us to but a bad review, mentioning that he did not care. I did my review and he had the gall to reply saying that he apologies and will take care of the problems, wish is truly a disrespectful answer to me as a client, since he really did not cate about anything. I JUST WANT MY 432$ back. The Manager Mr. Patel was rude, no customer service skill at all, did not care about my situation, he stole me.
