The room was very dirty, someone smoked in the room, there was hair on the bed and floor everywhere and the floor was dirty. we moved to another room which was better, the floor was clean and no smoke smell, but still hairs in the bed. They should ask there cleaner to weer haircaps to prevent this.

As our holiday has come to an end , it’s our final night at the golden Taurus , it’s been such a pleasure to spend your 60th Anniversary with your amazing team . As an guest who has visited this hotel on many occasions would highly recommend this family hotel . Kelli who is the guest manager goes up and beyond to make sure you are having a lovely time while you stay at the hotel and will always be in hand if you need support fantastic guest manager the far best I’ve ever seen . well what can I say about the entertainment team absolutely on point night and day always keeping kids and teenagers and adults entertained. The shows are so brilliant and the show done by the entertainment team on Friday to celebrate its 60th with fire works at the end , Micheal Jackson is a must the best tribute act going. Rooms are so clean everyday towels changed , from the reception staff to the cleaners to the entertainment team and the whole staff and golden Taurus thank you so much for making our second home a pleasure to remember every year already booked for next year July 2024 well recommend this family hotel good for all ages the on site Water park is a must height restrictions but a slide for all . Chocolate fountain on a Saturday is a must with the kids , food for all types one always happy customer to sum it up well recommend this hotel a thousand times , goodbye golden Taurus until next year thank you always for a lovely holiday x

Back from a fabulous all inclusive stay at the Golden Taurus at the end of July. Really glad we ignored the few negative views and booked here. Cannot fault the hotel at all. Its brilliant. Lots of food choice at breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks throughout the day. The pools were clean and there was plenty of lounger space around them. The hotel waterpark was fun, not busy at all and the evening entertainment was good with various acts every night. Room was cleaned daily, had a nice sized balcony and decent air con which kept the room cool. The staff across the site were very helpful when we needed them and they work hard. Praise to the restaurants, snackbar and poolbar staff who never seem to stop working and always have a smile. Location is just across the road from the beach and a 5 to 10 minute walk to the centre of pineda with its various shops and restaurants. Also right outside the hotel there's 2 small supermarkets and a souvenir shop should you need or forget anything. Overall we really really enjoyed our stay here and will be back again.

This hotel really is a little paradise at the Costa Brava, close to Barcelona, with the cool Aquapark, 3 outdoor swimming pools, very nice and well maintained hotel rooms, a super friendly and active animation team, delicious food and many different nationalities. Even though it's the peak season, everybody is friendly to each other and the atmosphere in the hotel is really nice. There is litterally something to do all day through for everyone; young, old, families, handicapped, etc.

The tiniest pillows ever. Filthy room. The air conditioning barely works and it was 80F in the room at all times. Horrible service and rude front desk that treats you like a person in jail. Everything is dirty and smells like it’s old. Rude front desk people that extort cash from you. Laundry machine room is a sauna and 7eu. They charge you to borrow their safe inside your own room so their staff doesn’t steal

Back to the same hotel, Not much has changed, except the house keeping is getting worse. Room is not cleaned properly and they need a course on how to make a bed. Restaurant is getting worse man walked dining room for breakfast with no shirt, no on stopped him and again for dinner an lot of female skin showing, Puts you off dinner.

Stayed for 1 week, all inclusive. Food good, (desserts really nice) cocktails horrible (out of a bottle), free beer/wine not great - limited choices on AI - you can pay additional for better options (EG bottled beers 1 Euro if your AI). Room was ok - overlooking the pool and sea view, but walls thin, could hear next room TV until 3am. Location not great-nothing to do outside of hotel, and its a bit of a sh!t hole-graffiti everywhere. Would not go back to the area. Train run from resort to Barcelona (22 Euros return for 2). Went for the day. Pools were really cold, but did manage the aqua fit (fun) a few times. (Sea was warmer than pools). Some of the sunbeds were really dirty around the pool, and the pool areas could have been cleaner. Staff all seemed friendly enough. Evening entertainment was ok - the Michael Jackson tribute was good dancer - but didn't really sound like MJ. The sports bar was privately hired out for functions on 2 separate occasions during our stay so we couldnt go in there - not great as the main area was kids entertainment until 10pm, (noisy) so found ourselves with no wear nice to go and sit, and have a drink.
