Service is very good. You can drink almost everything you want in the bar with the voucher they gave to you while check in. And you can get free bottle water at the reception.

Had no bowls for breakfast.
Had bugs in bed room.
Didn't have the right bed sheets.
Beds won't comfortably.
Pull out bed didn't have linin.
Fire alarm kept going off at very early hrs in the morning.
Car parking was really tight.
Hotel room service, food menu was really expensive.

Sen the manager was excellent and all the staff provided top service as i was driving from Melbourne this hotel made my stay very enjoyable

Great facility with lots of shopping and dining close by, including a great in-house restaurant. Staff we pleasant and sorted a minor issue for me right away.

It was obviously being renovated and there is more to do but inside the room was all you could expect.

The room was dusty. The sofa bed was made up with dusty cushions from the sofa instead of pillows. The stairs and concrete areas had ground-in filth. There is no breakfast and no food choices until lunch time. Overall a tired old pub lacking maintenance and showing no interest in the motel side of things. A $14 mixed cocktail was served at the bar in a tiny flat glass. I would never subject my family to this again. Certainly not a comfortable nor nice experience.

Good Accom. Everything you need and comfy bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highlight for us was tavern and excellent meal options. Staff here were very friendly. Overall a very good place for our 2 night stay.
