We loved this place! I highly recommend everything about it!! Very nice amenities and employee's! We will definitely make this a regular vacation spot!!

Wonderful first stay! Service was awesome and room cleanliness/upkeep was great. Plenty of things to do with kids, definitely get a room with the kids camp room. All the amenities I expect from a Margaritaville.

Tabitha at the front desk was amazing! She took the time to have a card signed by all the employees for my son’s 9th Birthday and slip it under the door in the room. Talk about going above and beyond!

The overall feel of the place is amazing. The staff are super friendly and considerate. The only issue we had was there were ladybugs in the room. We were on the third floor and they were in the bathroom, on one of the beds and all over the windowsill. Some alive and some dead.
Other than that, we loved the property. The beds were a bit too soft for us but that is personal preference.

Very nice “new” property. Stayed there for 3 nights . Quite easy access. Beautiful rooms. Would have given 5 stars but anytime we wanted coffee there was none available. May seem like a small thing but There was no public coffee in the lobby at anytime where most hotels provide this at least in the morning hours. I think they want you to spend in the camp store for specialty coffee but it was closed before posted hours anytime we went there.

The tub was filthy we stayed for 2 days and didn’t shower because there was no way we were using that shower. It was obvious it hadn’t been washed in a long time because the floor was black. The fridge didn’t work well so we had to use the ice bucket to keep our baby’s formula cold. The king size bed was extremely hard, the 2 twin beds were ok. We liked the arcade and the over all a**osphere of the place but the room definitely could’ve been cleaned better. We won’t be staying there again.
