Liked most things about the property … good gym, great room, good pools.
However, my room wasn’t ready until more than 2 hrs after scheduled checkin even though my arrival was scheduled weeks in advance.

We have stayed here twice and both stays have been wonderful- pool area is fantastic if you have kids- rooms are always clean, stocked and perfect for being able to spread out and relax. We thoroughly enjoy our visits here.

Maybe explain on your site that you are a pet friendly establishment, you only have a few specific condos that are designated for pets. The couch was scratched up and I can’t help but wonder if perhaps the other condos that were not pet friendly, may have had more updated decor. Other than that, our stay was lovely! Great location to Dollywood and the main *****. Very clean. Best shower ever by the way! Thank you!

We have stayed here quite a few times and generally love coming here. This time was ok not bad not great. The noise level above was pretty intense for many hours at night which did not make for a restful trip. The bed was a bit uncomfortable not what I recalled from previous visits. We might try it again in the future not sure

It was a beautiful place with great amenities. 2 bummers- game room closed and spa refused to honor a published coupon stating over the phone that it was because I was from another state…why put the coupon in the room and maybe mention that on the coupon if this is true.

The maintenance services are only available at 7:00am and we had an ant infestation at 3:00 and the guy at the front desk said the only thing he could do for us was check us out early. We came from Louisiana so that was not a good option for us and all he could say was he couldn't do anything but that for us. This was a joke of a service place, we will NEVER stay there again
