My husband was bitten by something during the night, so we are now going to have to take a trip to the ER because it is not getting any better.. Also, the pool area was closed but this was not advertised on the website.

Do not stay here. There site does not mention they are under construction and the pool and game room are all shut down. we checked in and the room did not have any toilet paper so we had to go back downstairs. The next morning we get up to shower and there is no water. All of this I could have lived with. On our 2nd day we spent most of the day shopping eating and having fun. We went back to the hotel around 5 to relax for a few minutes before dinner and either one of the construction workers or the house keeping staff, without knocking, just comes into our room where my 10 year old daughter was changing. After demanding to speak with a manager and demanding a refund for our second night, the staff brushed it off as if it was not a problem and refused to give us our money back or to speak with the manager. Horrible service and completely unsafe. I had to spend money to stay at another hotel just so my daughter would feel safe.

Pool/lazy river/hot tub out of service. Room kept having hot water issues, had to call front desk twice just to get hot water working.

They were remolding and we were going to stay another night the guy at the desk said to find another hotel. We spent a lot of money and didn't even get to use the game room, pool or even the weight room, also no breakfast was provided

The property is currently under construction. Therefor everything was unfinished and unclean. It took 10 min to get hot water in the shower. Not sure why. The heating element was out in the pool which I called ahead to make sure it was open. The staff was very friendly. However I had asked twice for the room to be vacuumed and trash taken out by the maid service. This did not happen. I ended up taking the trash out myself. We were there for three nights and 4 days.

The shower and shower curtain were moldy. The couch had never been cleaned and was covered in crumbs. There wasn't enough towels and staff refused to provide additional towels when we brought the old ones to exchange for clean ones.

They said it was a new system and new owners. The first room I was given wasn't ready for guests. I was given a second room but the key card didn't work. Second card didn't either. Really frustrating after a long day. I had stayed here a few years ago and was very happy with it but even with the very low rate and the friendly and apologetic desk clerk seriously doubt I will return. The owner definitely needs to put some money into the rooms.

Upon check-in, asked about the jacuzzi and indoor heated pool. Jacuzzi was emptied out because the heating element has not been working, so same as the pool. All elevators, except one, were out of service. We requested a room to see the New Year's Eve fireworks and were put in one, but could barely see any of them. Room was absolutely filthy- I couldn't stop sneezing for the entire time we were there. Looks like the room had never had a good cleaning. Vents and furniture were so dusty and floors were filthy.

This hotel needs to be remodeled. There were people hanging around the lobby and outside. The carpet in the hallways is worn and dated. My room was clean and comfortable.
