房間非常好，在三樓，湖景， 可惜 大霧天，沒有看到湖。就在公園內部，除了hotel 就是各個 徒步線路， 標識非常清楚， 松樹，巨石， 含量超高的負氧離子，體驗非常好。早餐很好。

非常喜歡這裏，所有步道都是從酒店這裏出發，大堂和餐廳看出去的風景超級美，作為山頂酒店性價比很高。就是每天早餐是一模一樣的 車子停在下面的停車場，不要停電車位，然後坐免費的纜車上到酒店，也很好玩

beautiful hotel and a really beautiful view. We had an extra bed in the hotel room, which made it really cramped!!! The downside is that a night at the hotel costs almost 300 euros and there is no decaffeinated coffee for breakfast, except for an additional fee, which is annoying.

Pleasant stay on top of Koli. The staff was very friendly, everything went smoothly. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The room was spatious and clean, only the TV did not really work. We are not fans of spas overall, but the hotel spa was nice, calm and quiet and we even enjoyed the evening spent there.

This was my second visit here with my family. We drove here for 5 and a half hours,it is well worth the drive. We arrived and got our room which was spacious and cosy with a view overlooking the lake. There was fun little details in the room like the mood rock and eye relaxing stones in the fridge. There was also white and red wine and sparkling wine waiting for extra charge. We got into our complimentary robes and flipflops and went to the spa. The spa fee included packages with Lumene spa products that could be changed for sparkling wine and alcohol free drinks for our teenagers. The spa is small but very relaxing with differents showers,saunas and a steam room, a cold pool and outside tub and lounge areas. The best is the pool with underwater classical music. There is a beautiful view overlooking the lake from the spa windows. After the spa we had a nice dinner in the restaurant,prices are mid range. After dinner we climbed to Ukko-Koli to see the sunset at ten pm. It was breathtaking with birds singing in the backround. The next morning we had a great breakfast. The breakfast buffet is good quality with multiple choises and locally produced products. This was a totally relaxing trip with calm and quiet surroundings. The next day was saturday and there was a lot more guests,so it was not so quiet.

The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful places in Finland. It has long traditions. The hotel rooms and facilities are nice. The renovation has been made couple of years ago. Also the staff is very friendly, as it is so usually in North Karelia. It is shame that the restaurant is way below average. The food is very basic and the prices are very high. It would be great if the menu would consist of local products fresh from the lake and forest. Now it is the same you get in any S-hotel or even gas station ABC.

Nice hotel with great view Very pleasant stay at this nice hotel situated almost at the top of a mountain. Friendly staff, great view over lake Pielinen and just a short walk from Paha-Koli and Akka-Koli view points. Also a very decent restaurant.

You come for the views - especially the view from the terrace over the lakes is truly breathtaking. Unfortunately our room on the first floor didn’t have much of a view - maybe it’s better from the upper floors. Room was pretty basic and had dirt on the floor and nails sticking out the door frame (from an amateurish fixed cable). Breakfast is Finnish standard with the addition of a chocolate fountain, but staff stops replenishing food about 1 h before breakfast is over. The sitting in the restaurant is generally nice, but withered flowers on the tables are mother sign of bad management. So with slightly better management and a bit attention to detail this could be a much better experience. Car needs to be parked at the public parking down the hill, which is free, but can get very crowded. The public parking also as 10 EV chargers

If you want to feel like a Royal from checkin and get so spoiled with the scenic views and food so good it makes you emotional, look no further, this is where you should stay. We had a superiorX room facing the "wrong" side but trust me when I say the view is just as stunning there. Super tidy and clean and a bed so comfortable you start wondering if its worth it to take a bank loan to buy the same one for home... Just book it and thank yourself afterwards. Even the playlists in The restaurant is so spot on perfect for the enviorment. The spa is wonderful and so relaxing, recommended to go after 20 when the age limit is 18. This is a gem you need to visit. We will come back again, thats for shure
