My husband and I had one of our best experiences at this place. Our room was super clean and cute. The breakfast time was one of our favorites with delicious home cooked pastry’s. We higher recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Sorrento.

Lovely place to stay, it was a short drive from Sorrento so having a car for the stay was definitely necessary. Parking was free and made better by having a location, provided by the hotel to park in Sorrento town centre for free too. The accommodation was clean and well decorated.

We stayed here for a few days whilst visiting the local area and it was perfect! Emilia was really friendly and always available for tips and advice (eg. making sure we didn't get off at the first of the Piano bus stops) Its location is on a fairly busy road about five mins walk from the bus stop and some of the town's restaurants. Sorrento is walkable from there (about 45 mins) along a main road but not recommended in the heat! It is a perfect little hotel set above a very nice restaurant ( where you have breakfast). Our room (the blue room) was perfect for my son and I to share. It was spacious and had a huge balcony. We also appreciated the bigger than normal sized fridge as we were able to stock it with water and beer from the supermarket 5 minutes away. The only negative I have is that the air con was broken for the whole time we were there which did make the nights very warm. We slept with the window open but if you're a light sleeper, the traffic would keep you awake.

What a gem! So glad we found Il Palmento for our stay. It's a great location, easy walk to train station and buses, and local shops. Emelia is so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and gave us fantastic advice. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and absolutely immaculate, and lovely Maria provided us with a delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommend this lovely little guesthouse with the personal touch.

This is a good, small family run hotel close to the centre of Piano di Sorrento with good train and bus connections to Sorrento and Naples/Pompeii nearby. It has clean rooms, comfy beds and a nice terrace with a continental breakfast. The road outside can be a little noisy with the windows open but there is air-con.

Struttura bellissima a due passi da tutto, con parcheggio interno cosa non da poco abbiamo soggiornato nella tripla azzurra in mansarda spettacolare con balcone privato. Tornerò sicuramente. Unico piccolo neo e che la strada sottostante e molto trafficata ho messo del tempo prendere sonno
