I have lived there for 3 months total, coming and going a couple of times, and have paid them plenty of money, was always sober and quiet at night (unlike most other guests), none of which stopped from the front desk/manager behaving in a totally outrageous manner toward me, yelling, ignoring my requests, sabotaging services due to me and more. It escalated over time and ended up being outright abusive. In the end, she directed cleaning stuff to bypass my room, so I had no clean towels and garbage piling up (no way to dispose of it by myself without risking breaking local regulations), shut off electricity exclusively to my room, leaving me without any air-conditioning in a 40+ degree heat and did everything possible to force me to move out before the agreed upon time (even though I have already changed it before by a few dates in her favour, when it was not at all convenient to me) She even kicked the door super-loudly one of the mornings demanding for me to move out. I ended up having to go to the police and go through multiple complicated steps there that took many days in total, in order to stop this. Keep in mind I've prepaid in advance and had not done anything that could remotely justify such conduct. Sadly, judging by what I've read in other reviews and what I'd observed this bullying behaviour is the norm for her. When I finally could get a hold of the owner and showed the only English-speaking member of the owner's family what had occurred (literally showing her the sweltering room full of trash), she did offer a pretty sincere apology, but that hardly compensates for all of my stress, headaches, trips to police, lost time and money. I was unable to concentrate on very important business, complete necessary phone calls or even just relax in my room in peace for the last 10 days of my stay, and it was not exactly a picnic before that either. The unbalanced person at the front desk can spoil your holiday at any time she's having her nerves act up again and there is nothing that can be done about it! You have been warned.

My partner and I stayed here for 10 days! Everything was great and staff very friendly and accommodating (helped us hire a scooter for our time here). There is a 7-11 straight across the road along with multiple restaurants at your doorstep. It is a small walk (15-20 mins walk) from the Patong Beach central area (which is great for people who don’t want to stay in the central Patong Beach as it can be extremely loud and overbearing. Rooms are very spacious, clean and a very comfortable bed. I would recommend to all my friends and family who come to Phuket. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Great place to stay close to all the action on Nanai rd. Very friendly staff especially Mum who works the front desk. Most things within walking distance or hire a motorcycle through the hotel and head out on an adventure. Totally recommend and I'll be back next time I'm in Patong.💖

Cet hôtel est bien trop cher par rapport à la qualité proposée. Plus de 180 € la nuit pour une chambre donnant sur la route, donc extrêmement bruyante. Les draps étaient sales, tachés, et des cheveux longs traînaient un peu partout. Quant à la climatisation, c’était un véritable bruit de ronflement toute la nuit, mais bon, cela couvrait au moins le bruit incessant de la route… Un choix entre la peste et le choléra ! Passons à l’eau : parfois, de l’eau boueuse sortait du lavabo. Dans la douche, il arrivait que l’eau s’arrête complètement, puis quelques minutes après, elle revenait. Mais suis-je dans un hôtel à 80 € ou à 180 € la nuit ? De plus, à notre arrivée, il n’y avait pas de serviettes. La réceptionniste nous a donné deux serviettes de piscine usées, déchirées comme une serpillière… sympa pour un hôtel à 180€… j’insiste. Le coffre fort : vous pouvez vous balader avec comme si c’était votre sac à main… quand on faisait remonter tout ça à la réceptionniste elle nous disait juste « ok ok » bref allez prendre un vrai hôtel à patong beach même si vous payez un peu cher que de choisir cet hôtel.
