the front desk was super unprofessional & incompetent. they made several mistakes & was very rude, didn’t acknowledge or apologise for their own oversight. said we had to downgrade our room because the rooms were double booked? breakfast was same everyday and not good. the menu was super limited and they did not have many of the items listed in their menu. despite staying in the most expensive, premium room, the bedsheets had holes and stains in them & they didn’t offer cleaning service. overall, the most terrible hotel experience we had. would not recommend it for anyone. there might be worse options at this price level in the area, but i guarantee that you can stay at a much nicer place, in the same central location, for the same price.

We stayed here for a night on our way to Thimphu. We arrived quite late at 7.30/ 8pm. Most restaurants were closed The person at the reception desk went hunting for dal chawal and we went to bed satisfied. The location is great too, opposite a park and in the centre of Phuntsholling and close to immigration building. Go for it even if you are not transiting.

Worst experience stay in this park hotel and the front desk lady respond was too late and lost of attitude and ignore us if I was the owner then I had already kicked off the girls from hotel 3star hotel and first inspiration was spoiled by front desk lady zero hospitality and customer service by this park hotel pregnant lady sorry to say but it's was worried if this type of people zero graduated for the guide and my family we were the guest and I really regret I have booked in park hotel and when I return from my family trip in Bhutan but never going to stay in this park hotel never ever going to stay in this park hotel when I come back to Bhutan with my family trip but I don't want to get dispersed like before. I was shocked by the response from the laddy at front desk the 3star keeping the worst pragnet girls in first inspiration

Basic hotel, clean and spacious rooms. However showing sign of oldness. Toilets are clean but gives old impression. Remotes of ac/TV not available. Good for one night stay as transit. We found big cockroach in our room during second stay. Location is excellent at centre point, very near to immigration facility and market area. Staff is cooperative & helpful. Breakfast is minimal with very few choices.

This is an adequate hotel. We used this while transiting from Jaigaon into Bhutan and back. The rooms are ok, the staff is friendly and helpful. We were leaving early morning and so they offered to pack breakfast for the way which was very helpful.

We called to book a room, but they told us to sms them the details of our reservation which we did but they never got back to us. Upon calling again later, another person answered and and when we asked to confirm about parking and breakfast we were told there is no complimentary breakfast, and free parking they offered was not included now. We ended booking else where as they probable will deny we ever called to book a room when we reach there.

This is the worst experience i had staying at any hotel. I booked the hotel for 29th March and 3rd April - to and fro from Bhutan, and both times, I had to ask to change the bedsheets (there were stains!) and clean the room again. The staff was rude and uninformed about the rules of the hotel. The rooms are dusty and smelly. The staff doesn't help with luggage or anything. A family checked in at the same time as i did, and they had to carry all the luggage up themselves.

Phuentsholing is the border town of india and bhutan, immigration office is located in this town and this park hotel is located in bhutan side and very close to main town and on the main road, the hotel staff are very good and courteous, the deluxe room was decent and specious,the bathroom needs some improvement, the restaurant is also good but food taste needs some improvement, the staff at the restaurant are very cooperative and helpful, now bhutan government is charging SDF 1200/- [indians] per person per day, this a transit location if you want to save this 1 day SDF charges try staying out side on indian side and start your journey in the morning for your bhutan trip. you can visit duty free shop near the immigration office from 9 am to 5 or 6 pm for cheap liquor while you start or end of the trip and also there is duty free shop in thimpu town if you miss here.

Its a decent hotel -- nothing fancy about it. The amenities are minimal. It was overnight stay en route to Thimphu -- so i wasnt expecting/needing much. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Full marks to their effort, but the service could definitely be better -- especially at the restaurant. Dinner & breakfast was both very slow. The elevator was not working when we stayed. It was a tad uncomfortable since the rooms were on the 2nd floor and we had seniors in our group. So please be mindful when you book rooms.
