Pros: - good location, walking distance to Grand World - low price, best if you don’t spend much time at the hotel and mostly out and about - clean and modern decor Cons: - no aircon in corridor and elevator, it can be very uncomfortable to step in the elevator on hot days - no room service, no service at pool area, no option to pay for food and beverage at check out. - minibar is empty, instant coffee and tea bags are available yet no milk. When we requested milk for our cup of tea, the reception staff advised we would need to go to the bar (ground floor) to purchase milk at own cost. Milk is essential and it has always been provided free of charge wherever we’ve been (Bali, Singapore, Australia, etc.) - mid-stay ROOM INSPECTION. This is very UNPLEASANT practice to Westerners and should be stopped. Not sure if this is normal in Vietnam, but it is very displeasing and annoying to us (Australians). We often stayed a few weeks to months in Bali and other Asian countries, we’ve never had room inspection where 2 staff entered our room, 1 of them walked around the room pretending to check the skirting board with a screwdriver while the other was casing the room (it was obvious that they wanted to check to room). - poor English proficiency. Only one reception staff can speak English well, the rest of the staff don’t. My husband was quite frustrated during our stay because he couldn’t communicate with staff. We’ve stayed in Bali and other Asian countries, all of their staff are fluent in English including security and housekeeping staff. - lack of attention to food safety. Signage is very small. No cover when the meals bought outside to the pool area. Food was not kept at optimum temperature can cause bacteria to grow to dangerous levels that can cause illness. - lack of knowledge about beverage. Staff didn’t understand my husband’s order of Bourbon + Cola (very common drinks to Westerners) and advised they don’t have Bourbon. When my husband went to the bar with the staff, there was a big Bourbon bottle sitting on the shelf! - lack of customer service. Staff was not attentive to customers, my husband had to walked to the restaurant to get staff attention when we wanted food and drinks while we were at the pool. Staff should walk around and simply check in with customers. Staff didn’t greet customers when they walk past, again when we were in Bali and other Asian countries, their staff (everyone including housekeeping staff) always said good morning, good afternoon or good evening. - FACIAL BIOMETRICS RECOGNITION was an entry requirement to enter buffet breakfast. This should be disclosed in booking description including third-party websites like Agoda, Booking.com, etc. No information on Facial Biometrics Recognition are found anywhere or has ever been communicated to us prior to checking in. Check in was just average. Our villa was nice and clean. AC blasting when we arrived. Welcome fruits in fridge with welcome note was a nice touch but there was no knife in house to cut the fruit with! Mango went to waste! Was annoyed to find out halfway into our trip that there was complimentary drop off and pick up from local nightmarket via hotel golf carts by staff. Especially since they saw us walking many times into town and drove right past us. Some villas were unkept and abandoned. Broken windows and dead foliage were obvious on some villas. Walking back from beach that’s all you can try to unsee. Staff seemed like they were there to help but only if we brought it to their attention. Didn’t go above and beyond for sure.

Excellent service, convenient location, and extremely helpful staff. I'm in utter love with this place. The décor of the brand-new room was sophisticated and elegant. The hotel employees provided excellent service, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Leila, in particular, was kind and thoughtful in setting everything up for us, and she always comes with a big, genuine smile, which makes us even happier. She went above and above to make my stay as enjoyable as possible by planning my routes to visit various locations on my own, explaining in detail how to get there, and reserving my ticket to the airport. We want to express our gratitude for making our experience spectacular and incredibly memorable. Overall experience can be expressed in 3 syllables Fa Bu Lous, can’t wait to go back.

분위기나 시설 자체가 현지 느낌이라 너무 좋았습니다. 너무 잘 가꾸어져 있어서 산책하기도 좋아요. 위치도 너무 외진 곳에 있지도 않고 너무 도심 쪽에 있지도 않은 딱 적당한 곳이라 좋았어요. 골목으로 조금만 들어가면 있어서 접근도 편한데 또 소음은 없는... 식당가랑 킹콩마트 등도 가깝고.. 숙소 내부 상태도 모두 좋았습니다. 침구류도 깔끔했고 객실 안에는 벌레도 전혀 없었구요. 조식도 다양한 종류로 있어서 골라 먹는 재미가 있었어요. 물론 맛도 있었구요. 제가 베트남에서 먹어본 쌀국수 중에 라하나 조식 쌀국수가 제일 맛있어서 국물까지 싹 다 비웠네요. 무엇보다 직원분들도 넘 친절하셨습니다. 저는 라하나 또 가고 싶어서 푸꾸옥 또 갈 것 같네요. 다시 푸꾸옥을 가게 된다면 무조건 라하나로 다시 갈 마음입니다. 추천 드려요.
