We chose an extended Stay hotel because we wanted to do our own cooking. The took had a fridge and stove and microwave. They were no utensils, cook ware, plates bowls or cups. We could get those for an additional $65. This is ridiculous. We have stayed at other similar hotels that had those items for use in the room.
We will never go to this hotel again.

We were very happy with the full size fridge and the workable kitchen. The style of the property is like staying in a small casita best for more of a long term stay. We liked this style because we wanted to strictly control our diets and still be close to shopping, dining, and the Arizona desert.

The beds were uncomfortable. The shower had no hot water. The shower head was coming out of the wall. You had to take out your own trash and pay for pots, pans, plates and more. The TV channels suck. It was the worst place i have ever stayed in. I will not be returning ever again. The only plus was i met the amazing fur babies that were staying there.

Poor customer service-- not a pleasant check in. The hotel called the day before check out to see if I was checking out. How odd-- never had any other hotel do that.

The night attendant, William, was rude, and demanding! When I used the outside phone to dial 500, as the instructions requested, he scolded me for not pushing the button on the portable mechanism. (That was turned around to face the attendant) the berated me for not knowing what to sign.
Next time there should be a remote for the TV in the room- we couldn’t watch any TV without visiting the front desk again. I wouldn’t stay here again, if you paid me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My stay was just ok. The customer service was good. But when I walked into the room it just reeked of body odor. It didn’t have that fresh clean smell. Not sure how someone without a key was able to get back to the rooms because I thought you needed a key to get to them but thank goodness for the pep hole. Also, for almost $200 a night you would think you wouldn’t have to pay $35 to have a coffee maker for an extended stay hotel. The bed was NOT comfortable at all and I slept poorly because of that. Would not stay again.

The people that work there, Pat specifically, are stellar humans and the best part of my stay! Other than that it was underwhelming....I thought it was weird that there was no ice machine and there isn't a whole lot of "security" in terms of the people, coming and going. There were several shady looking people "visiting" by the hour on my floor. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great.

I asked for a coffee machine for my room at the front desk because the info card in my room said they would be available and there were none. Amenities were present but sparse or cost extra. There was a bug in the kitchen area, which is fine at home but adds to the ick factor in a hotel.
